Love, love, love. Very knowledgeable about brows I have been going for about 2 months never disappointed.

This place is busy. They have reputable reviews though, so I was in a bind just before the holidays and on a time crunch and my other place i frequent couldn't accommodate walk-ins at the time. So, I called to ask about the wait and they said probably around 15 mins, so I was about 10 mins away and felt this would be my best option. They weren't personable at all and no small talk at all, just confirmed what I wanted and the shape and thickness I like my brows. It wasn't the gentleness threading I'm used to, but she got the job done and my brows looked great. I felt like they hurt a bit after for a couple of days, so I was wondering if I'd been cut, but I just took care of it at home in my routine moisture care maintenance. Do NOT go here for eyebrow waxing. I went over the weekend and large amounts of wax was applied to multiple areas more than once in the same location. Wax should not be applied more than once in a given area. Today, my eyelids are swollen and bruised. My boyfriend had his eyebrows threaded and he has two small cuts. Lesson learned to not get waxed at a primarily threading shop. Protect your skin. read more

I was referred to this salon (Mina) by my very picky friend. Mina is a subject matter expert when it comes to threading. She does an amazing job with waxing as well, but her precision with threading brows is incredible. I now do all threading and waxing (and eyebrow tinting) at Best Brows. I've gone to a few threading salons but this is where I continue to go. The last shop had my brows very thin and I hated them. Ms. Mina really transform my thin brows to what they are now. Ms. Mina listen to what you want then gets to work to achieve greatness. Brows are important and you have to make sure the right artist is assigned to your face. I finally decided to try threading. I searched on Yelp and reached out to this business. The response time was great (almost immediately). I booked an appointment through Yelp. There was no wait when I got there. The inside is clean and quiet. I was immediately taken to a chair and the person doing my threading confirmed exactly what I wanted to have done. Once that was out of the way, she went to work. My brows look amazing. She was very fast but I didn't feel like she was rushing. She asked a me a few times if I was okay. New to the area. Just moved here from Vegas. Was excited to check out this place after reading all the positive reviews. Felt confident this would be my new go to threading place for my brows. Unfortunately the girl who did my brows broke the skin under my brow with the thread. It took about a week to fully heal. She didn't say a word to me about it. When I went to pay the cashier, the lady who did my brows, as well as another lady doing someone elses brows, came and stood by the cashier and were all just staring at me as I paid. I remember thinking this is a little weird what's going on? After I left and got a better look in the sunlight I saw the cut under my brow. read more

The worst. Made them paper thin literally took half of my brows off! The Customer service is nice, but they are not good at what they do, I specifically told her not to make them thin just clean and shape! I have never had them this dam thin extremely upset! I have to cancel my event cause I literally hate the way my brows look. read more

To start, it should be noted that the staff in here is incredibly kind! I explained to the lady who did my brows that I had intentionally been growing them out for months so to please please please only clean them up and not do anything to the shape or thickness. At first glance with a small mirror they seemed pretty nice, but after leaving I noticed that so much had been taken off the top and the shape had been changed. I can't say enough good things about this salon! I've been coming here for about 5 months now, and Kala does an amazing job on my eyebrows. When I was 10, I was attacked by a dog and ended up with 17 stitches in my right eyebrow. Needless to say, I have spent the next 30+ years with this brow as the bane of my existence since hair does not grow in the scar. My poor brow has been hacked, shaved, waxed and plucked and never have I been happy with the result. I am so glad I accidentally stumbled on this salon! Between threading, a bit of snipping with scissors and a bit of plucking at the end, Kala has managed to shape my brow beautifully - it FINALLY matches my left brow! read more
