My eyebrows typically grow in like the McDonald's arches (not cute), so I was in need. I was a walk in client today and was able to be taken right away by TT. She had fantastic customer service and talked to me the whole time! It's sometimes a quiet process which I don't mind as I know English is often not the first language but I very much welcomed her bright spirit and conversation today. She was very clean and precise. She showed me the mirror a few times to make sure she was giving me what I asked for. Even at the end when she applied aloe, she found a spot that wasn't to her liking and went back in. She did my brows and my chin in no time. Not only was she fast, but exact, friendly and such a warm spirit. I typically walk in and take whomever is free as they are all amazing and have done this for the last three years. However, I will be booking with TT from now on. I created an appointment, however, I unfortunately chose a "gel manicure" instead of the correct "acrylic-full set" that I usually get. Definitely a mistake on my end, however, the nail technician was able to explain to me the error in my booking and how she does not work with acrylic. I instead opted to have my daughter get her nails and toes done. The process was very easy and Vladlena made sure that she was comfortable, however, by the time I got in the car my daughters toe-nail polish was coming off and by the time I got home she only had polish on 4/10 fingers which was a huge disappointment due to the fact that my daughter was very excited to get them done. Moving forward, I really hope this issue can be rectified.

I had to move out of town before I finished all of my laser sessions but Nahida and her communications manager were very accommodating in scheduling appointments for my last minute trips back into town. My skin tone is also on the darker side. Nahida was able to pair my skin tone with the correct skin type on the right laser machine and I absolutely love the results!!
