My wife has been a loyal client for over a year, consistently making appointments and paying in advance. Unfortunately, there have been multiple occasions where the service has been delayed due to lateness on your part. On one notable occasion, my wife arrived just a few minutes late, but was refused service due to what was deemed an "inconvenience" to your schedule. It seems quite contradictory to prioritize your schedule over your clients, especially given that you have been late in fulfilling services in the past. This has caused considerable inconvenience for my wife, who has always respected her appointment times. We believe that businesses thrive when client satisfaction is prioritized, so we hope that you will take this feedback to heart in the future to improve overall service or lack of thereof. I understand not using oil, since the dip process involves powder, but they didn't even clean up the cuticles with the tiny scissor things (don't know the name, sorry). We were in need of foot therapy after a long day of dancing, and $50 for an hour sounded good…read more Fortunately we called ahead, since in was 45 minutes before they could accommodate two people. We were offered water and fruit while we waited. The interior was clean with multiple private/semi-private treatment rooms. Both ladies were very polite although with limited English. They started with foot soak while doing shoulder/neck/arm massage. The foot reflexology used a lot of pressure, but we felt so much better afterwards. They finished with a brief leg massage. This place is definitely worth a try if you have sore feet!
