My brows aren't really thick and more-so lose shape when they grow out vs getting bushy so I usually come every 4 weeks or schedule around events/holidays. I love that Swatsy let's me check out my brows before leaving. And she's great at pointing out where she's threading if a few hairs are out of place...or if she wants to let certain areas grow out a little more. She's an expert truly! And I always buy the buy 3 get 1 free card, so it's basically like I pay for my services in advance and use them whenever. 10/10

Cancer Patient Refused $500 Refund - Poorly Done Microblading…read more I am a recently diagnosed cancer patient that was seeking to get my eyebrows microbladed. I went to Maria @mariialash for microblading/"nano brows". Her price for this service is $500. I wanted to get this done prior to starting chemo so I could still have natural-looking brows during treatment. Unfortunately, 100% of the pigment that Maria put on my eyebrows fell out, despite following her care instructions. I informed her of this and sent a photo of my plain brows, stating that I am starting treatment any minute and will be unable to do anything that may compromise my immune system such as getting a tattoo, for at least the next year. At this time I requested a refund. She has refused to disperse a refund stating that her disclaimers her clients sign state this could happen. A flimsy "disclaimer" does not excuse a business from providing good service and exercising good judgement. I do not recommend trusting Maria with your money nor your brows.

From the very beginning of the session I could tell she was brilliant just from the questions she asked me. Her knowledge of cosmetic skin disorders and their treatment outweighs most, if not all, of the dermatologists I've seen. As a physician myself, I like to think I'm good at assessing this. Shia explained that although my skin type wasn't right for "granular exfoliation" (what I'd received in other facials in the past that I had bad reactions to), I was a great candidate for microdermabrasion. She used this treatment along with quite a few others, always being attentive to how my skin was responding. She gave me advice on what skincare regimen would work for my skin. Customer service and management are worse than the service they provide. As a physician, I take hygiene and safety seriously, and this place completely missed the mark. I will never go back and would not recommend it to anyone.
