Reviews seemed pretty good so I thought I give them a shot. First observation was how clean the place looked... white couches, white pedi chairs and decor, the variety of colors on the wall and of course I appreciated being greeted as soon as I entered. I selected the Lavender Deluxe Pedicure ($45) with extra for gel of course. The only thing missing was refreshments. Enjoyed my pedi and will return possible with lil mini wine bottles.. shhhhhhhhhh

Having never had acrylics done before, I didn't realize how fat they were until they were filed down and redone at Hawaii! The shaping is a lot more consistent too. I get so many compliments on my nails and always reply "you should go to Hawaii Nails!" $35 for a fill and premium gel polish that lasts until I need another fill. Plus you get a refreshing fruit plate! Such a nice place.

Their staff is very friendly and they are very good at their jobs. Every time I travel to a different salon I have complaints about my nails. Here? Never. I love this place dearly now. I love 30 minutes north of here, but I still take that small travel to get my nails done rather than visit a place 10 minutes from my home. Absolutely a 10/10 Love my nails every time I visit

Do not go here if you want chrome nails or a decent manicure. The first nail tech did not even put…read morea top coat on before the chrome application and they were bumpy and uneven. When I questioned the application I was told it was because I didn't show them the picture I was using?!? A second tech tried to fix it, but it was so rushed, barely cured, and I still ended up with these because "my nails are too short for chrome." I've been getting chrome on my nails for years and never had an issue. Chrome should give shine, not sparkles, and they should educate their team on proper application. I gave them two stars since I had been looking for a salon with a large opi gel collection, and they do deliver there. It's also very pretty and clean inside. Unfortunately I'll have to keep looking since I get chrome often.

After starting the basic pedicures that we asked for, they proceeded to recommend a more expensive pedicure. We agreed to that. However, when it came time to paint our nails, they asked if we wanted gel, even though we had already picked out our colors. They did not inform us that it would be $17 per person to get gel. Even though my daughter asked the woman if it would be extra and she said no. We were upset upon leaving because we were charged $51 more than we expected. We did not feel that it was clearly communicated that the gel was an up charge. We asked to speak to a manager and they told us the manager was not there. The people working there also tried to blame it on us that we should have asked. We will not be devoting our time or our money to this place because of our experience.
