I was greeted right away and even offered a drink while I waited. My technician, Lay, was wonderful--attentive, detail-oriented, and thoughtful. She gave me recommendations based on the health of my natural nails, which I really appreciated. One of my favorite touches was the sugar scrub they use to wash your hands. Other experiences have lasted over 4 weeks and I'm typically pretty hard on my nails. I did not receive any cuticle treatment or anything else of the likes even with the basic manicure package. I also felt like the price for what I paid was a bit steep (yes I'm aware of the inflated prices of service literally everywhere) for it to especially not last. I've had facials, pedicures, manicures, and massages here. Every time I've enjoyed my service as it's a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. It isn't stressful or loud. It's exactly the vibe you want when heading for a self care day. The products they use are 100% house-made and organic. I've had skin reactions before, but never here. As a matter of fact, other spas have left my face looking red and inflamed after facials - I leave here glowing. I'm not sure if the sign meant you get a drink if you get a particular service, or if anyone getting service gets a drink. I think the nail tech did a solid job with my nails. I originally made my appointment for a brow wax and tint. I was super nervous because I like…read morethicker brows and the one time I had them waxed, they took so much of them. Taylor was amazing. She squeezed me and my sister in even though she didn't have an available appointment for us that evening. When she saw my brows she explained a tint probably wouldn't give me the desired results since my ends were sparse and patchy and the dye doesn't stay on skin and it had no hair to adhere to. I was surprised because most places I've been to will do anything just to sell a service but she was more concerned with making sure I understood what I could and could not expect from the tint and that I'd ultimately be happy which i appreciate. I decided not to tint and just do a wax. My brows haven't been touched in ages, and they looked rough. She was incredibly meticulous, listened to what I wanted, started working on one brow and would have me check and make sure it was turning out how I wanted. She took her time, and was so incredibly thorough. She's very honest and I really think that's important in someone who's working with the features on your face. When I was done, my sister had her brows tinted. She has lighter brows and the tint was perfect for her. Because the lights are bright at Wink, I didn't really get a complete idea of how my brows looked till I got home and then this morning in natural light. I was floored. She made them look flawless. I can't believe these are my brows. I didn't know they could look like this and I feel like they have to be fake they look so perfect. I will absolutely go to Taylor from here on out for my waxing and hopefully in the future for microblading. If you are at all apprehensive, trust her, she knows what she's doing.

Update for 3 months overall, one month after my touch up. I absolutely love them! I ended up…read moregetting the touch up because the initial healing process left me about 80% happy with the shade & a few scabs. It's been a month now since the touch up and Taylor did an amazing job.
