Received a gift for a mani and pedi as a birthday treat from my girlfriends. You have to book your appointment online and since Mrs. Sabine is personally doing your nails she booked MONTHS in advance. If your interested in trying her out just be mindful of that . I had a groupon voucher which had that options on the list of services available once you register online. My 1st appt got cxl due to me forgetting to put the groupon code ( it was my 1st time booking my appointment so idk). Mrs. Sabine did call and sent me an email once my 1st appointment got cxl but I didn't see either messages till it was too late. She was booked till the next month so I had to rebook in March. This time I put my groupon code in the comments and called to make sure she got it on her end. Everything worked out and my rescheduled date worked out better for me. I have a wedding to go to this weekend and I am going out of town after. Loved my experience with Mrs. Sabine the individual treatment was sooo nice. I loved my one on one session and she was great! She helped me pick the best polish that would not only work for my skin tone but would last. Let's just say I love my nails and can't wait to show them off. Very clean & sanitary and the shop smells amazing. If you do art it's $3 each mail and it does take time so make sure you tell her while booking your appointment. If you call she might not be able to pick up but you can always email her. If your using groupon it's only valid for your 1st visit and put the code in or your appt might get cxl. She gets booked up very easily so plan in advance. Also bring flip flop if your doing an pedi (it was raining so I changed luckily I had flip flops in my car). Her shop is in the back of the building , I think it's 1901 in the front. You'll see a her sign in the door. This is a one woman show ( big kuddos to her) so be mindful of late cxls. Ok, I will be back for sure. I almost gave a 4 star for one reason but just can't because at the end of the day it was that good!! She takes her time and is super picky. She doesn't use harsh drills, and individually files every nail. She adds as many coats as needed to get the desired result etc. honestly can't go wrong. I was disappointed that my appointment was scheduled for 12 and I didn't get started till 12:30. However, after seeing how meticulous she was I understood. My only other complaint is that I love the chairs that massage and recline while I'm getting my pedicure and she doesn't have one. Otherwise super awesome! Highly recommend. read more

I just moved to the area and had no recommendations on a nail place. Had a couple of mediocre experiences with your typical strip mall salons where I wondered about sanitation. In one a man did my pedicure who was visibly sick with a cold and didn't speak to me at all! Found a Groupon for a mani-pedi with Sabine. What a pleasant surprise! This is NOT a strip mall salon. She is professional, provides one on one services, a real Nail Technician. And no more pricey than anywhere else. My daughter's school called midway through my service that she wasn't feeling well. Each customer is by appointment only so you never feel rushed or like a number. Her equipment and tools are sanitary and it is apparent she cares about providing an excellent service. I had bought a Groupon for a manicure/pedicure. I had previously gone to Sabine over 4 years ago. I bought the second Groupon only because the fine print stated that as long as you have not been actively receiving services from Sabine in the last 24 months, that one can purchase the Groupon. Bought it, went for my appointment, and mentioned how much I had enjoyed my last visit which was in 2013. Well, all smiles turned to frowns, and told me she could not accept it since I was a previous customer. I explained what the fine print stated, and that was the only reason I purchased it . She made me sit there while she called Groupon to complain, while she told me it was all Groupon's fault, and that she never made exceptions like that. After 30 minutes sitting waiting for Groupon to deal with her, I ended up leaving without the service. While she was very good the time I has used her previously, this "visit" left a bad taste in my mouth. I noticed today on her Groupon today that (July 18, 2017) the fine print now states 48 months, but I would caution anyone, not to purchase it because she will most likely reject it, and it will be a waste of your time and effort. I was very disappointed in her attitude about the whole thing. I had been so pleased with the quality of her first mani/pedi that I had even prepared a huge tip for her. All she had to tell me was that there was an error, that she will honour it this time, and will get with Groupon to change the fine print. That would have been the right thing to do. Update 7/24/2017 Sabine, If you look further down the reviews you will see a review from someone named Rebecca who had a similar experience to mine! Why would anyone make this up? Please review your most recent Groupon, which allows someone not active in last 48 months to purchase another Groupon!! It actually states "Not valid for clients active within the past 48 month(s)." This is contradictory to what you stated in your response. If you are not accepting it from anyone who has bought one previously regardless of how long ago, then it is misleading to continue selling a Groupon with such fine print on it. Either change the fine print to accept no second visits at all, or by now you should have a fairly established practise that you do not need Groupon based customers and stop using Groupon to sell your services. That would be the right thing to do, instead of wasting people's time. That's all. Everyone's time is valuable including the client's. read more

One of the best salons I have been to. They do a fantastic job. The salon is comfortable and clean. Both the owner, Sabine, and my nail tech, Kayla, were very accommodating, even though I arrived late for my appointment. Kayla did a fantastic job with my mani-pedi. She paid careful attention to tiny details and was knowledgeable about every step of the process. This is clearly a salon that treats their workers and their customers well. I was particularly impressed by how clean and sanitary it was. Kayla was very friendly and I didn't feel rushed at all, like at other salons. And my nails look fantastic. I do not recommend buying a groupon for NailQueen Sabine. My Son bought a groupon for Mothers Day for me and when I went to make the appointment only thing available was two months out. I later had to reschedule the appt due to illness and the earliest I could get was September. I received a text this afternoon cancelling my appointment saying they could not accommodate me since I did not have a voucher number. I do have one but it was never requested of me nor was there a place on the reservation calendar. They took my sons money but did not honor their groupon. I don't believe in readily giving a poor review. I had a groupon to this provider and waited for months patiently to get an appointment. I had been to the other location over 5 yrs ago and the groupon stated clearly that was fine as long as you had not been a customer in the last 24 months. I showed up and was never so embarrassed. The owner rudely told me she would not honor the appt. Because I had been there before which I honestly answered . I let her know I had an event to go to that evening so I wanted her to Bring up the ad on groupon so she could read the small print and know that I was correctly abiding by the rules but she refused and stormed out saying something about not working for free. No savings is worth embarrassment not to mention so much time wasted traveling there and then explaining to Groupon. If you look today....the ad still says the 24 month rule so she didn't even bother to change it. I gave her 3 stars to be kind and not skew things but wanted to let people know this happened. read more
