I did PMU with Trish. After everything was done, she said I would need to come in a second time. 1) This was never addressed or I would have went somewhere else, or chose another time. I have the text receipts, not everyone needs a second time. Guess what I have a very busy life too. Trish is inconsiderate. 2) She went in too close on my brows and I mentioned this. She doesn't listen. 3) Even my first appointment she was late. 4) I would have to even question is she licensed. Now, I am going to check. I should have known with the sketchy neighborhood when I arrived and the homeless outside. My second appointment with jacked up brows was a month out. I had family things come up, and she tried to push it a month back, again. Now 2 months. You would think that would be a priority to fix something on my face! In our first session, she had admitted another brow professional takes the day to do it, she rushed. Trish not professional, and she tells lies. She does not have adequate time to do things correctly. Then says she's never been talked to like this, what straightforward. I'm a business woman, who does very well for herself, and everything should be documented for the customer. She admitted most of her clientele are black women, and black people have a history of not challenging non-black people and being passive. Do expect poor communication. Do expect for her to keep texting you in between appointments to see if you can come in like you have no life. I went to Trish for microblading and was thoroughly pleased with her work and attention to detail. The entire experience consisted of 3 appointments: the consultation, actual procedure and a touch up. The consultation consisted of Trish mapping out my brows and making sure i was satisfied with the shape. She cleaned up my brows and was very thorough. She also gave me instructions on things to do and not to do in the days leading up to the procedure. The day of the procedure, she again mapped my eyebrows and confirmed I was happy with the shape. She then numbed my brows. Once the number was completed she got right to work. The actual procedure wasn't as painful as I expected it to be. It wasn't any worse then getting my brows threaded or tweezed. After having my eyebrows down, Trish gave instructions on the aftercare and scheduled me for a follow up appointment after 4 weeks. During the recovery I texted her when I had any questions and she was very patient and helpful. 4 weeks later o had my follow up appointment where Trish again made sure I was happy with the results. She then touched up the color to warm it up a bit and tweaked the shape to my liking after following the same steps from my second appointment. Trish was great to work with and very patient as she answered all my questions during my appointment and after through texts. I would definitely recommend Trish for anyone interested in getting microblading done, she does a wonderful job and consistently attends trainings all over the world to make sure she is up to date on all the knowledge in the industry. read more

I went to fancy nails because I found her on yelp and her eyebrow work looked good. I received her Sleek Eyebrow service which is suppose to be 3D eyebrow shading, a step under microblading. This particular service should have last up to 2weeks she said. Well mine lasted 2days and that's with no water or anything touching my brows. I am completely disappointed because it was cheap ($70/$75) and I had to drive 30mins there and back. Should I add I also really wanted this service because I was attending a wedding in which my brows never got to see. I scheduled an appointment and she was also an hr late for that.
