I visited habit after looking for a spa for a facial as a Valentine's Day treat to myself. I…read morereceived a lot of ads about habit after searching and they were offering a new customer special. I received a custom facial from Lani and it was a great experience. She was super friendly and explained exactly what products she'd use based on my skin from her observation and my concerns. The facial was awesome and I'd love to put it in my routine consistently but it'd be a bit of a splurge for me. Now the space itself was beautiful but could use some improvements for customer experience. First the room I received my facial didn't have a curtain it was open which made it hard to relax and wind down because I could hear people moving throughout the spa and talking. A lot of talking. Not obnoxiously just more than I'd care to hear since I came to relax. Lastly. The music choices could also be a bit more relaxing like calming/soothing instrumentals rather than music with lyrics. Overall I'd visit again but some changes could make this a much better experience.

The facial was good, the products felt great on my skin and left it shining and flawless, and the facial massage was heavenly. In the downside, we were taken back over 10 minutes past our appointment times and the majority of the appointment was spent asking questions and talking. Additionally, the spa does not have a traditional facial with spa robes etc as it is all in the open so that takes away from the spa feel. Overall, the facial was great and I would definitely go back again!

Unbeatable price for the market which can't be compared to any other deals I've seen online for the area. S/O to their promotions/marketing team! Joanna is a sweet young lady with good talking points. Genuinely interested in who you are and getting to know you better. I'm used to receiving a one pull method of hair removal - where all hair comes off on the first rip. She did go back over multiple times in her technique. I do feel like her waxing handle could be a little better in navigating consistency and tackyness but truly feel that she gave the service her all overall. She has great potential to hone in on her craft and technique to really nail it. Aftercare process was a nice touch. Love the products that were used and her genuine care in making sure you felt okay start to finish.
