After moving to the area I was hard-pressed to find nail artists who had the supplies to do the more intricate nail art I was after. I'm so glad I found Vii, she hits it out of the park every time and works incredibly fast. I've been big into Korean nail trends and she's able to do them well! Before my first manicure my nails were a mess from a long and arduous move, so she gave me gel tips to even the length. Afterwards I've just been doing acrylic fills and a gel manicure and let my natural nails dictate length. I've never had issues with lifting, I tend to keep my sets for 4-6 weeks! Also amazing: the pedicures!! Do not go here if you are on a time crunch, I've easily had the longest and most thorough pedicures I've had in years! I also find the prices very decent. I recommend you bring cash to your appointments too because they have a punch card for frequent visits if you use cash. read more

Do not go if you have a Service dog ! I went in today to get mine and my mother-in-laws nails done for her birthday and I was told he wasn't allowed to be there even though he had been there on mothers day ( and she said it was to crowded for her to say anything then ) and had been good as gold. apparently he left a piece of a treat on the floor and that's why he wasn't allowed. after i informed her by law he was allowed to be there she changed her tone but I didn't feel comfortable staying or feel right about giving them my money . I bring my service dog with me for my safety and my families piece of mind and I get it's not always convenient but to be made to feel bad for having to have him there with me isn't ok . I was a walk-in at 1:00 on a Friday...so prime nail salon time, and I was seen promptly even though they were short-handed and busy. Brenda was a DOLL! She was thorough. She was so sweet. She didn't talk your ear off, but was personable. The salon is neat and clean. Not your typical small-town, strip mall nail salon. My gel manicure still looks beautiful after some pretty rough days for my nails. And pricing was very reasonable. I really have zero complaints. I'll be back for sure! read more

The worst experience I have ever had. Made an appt the day before. Arrived to them trying to fit in every walk in. I should have left then. I rarely get time to relax and take a few minutes for myself. My mani/pedi lasted a whopping hour and 15 mins. I felt like I was put on an assembly line. On top of which the technician took a chunk out of my finger. And even after my insistence that he not paint that nail, he tried to do it any way. At least he had the decency to not charge me for the manicure. Either way I won't go back. Ever! read more

This was a good place to go to, they did a good job. No guarantee your nails are gonna turn out perfect, but I got a $30 gel manicure and it's been a couple of days and so far it hasn't chipped yet. Possibly the worst pedicure ever. Waited in the chair for 30 min, which i don't mind on a Sat., but water I was soaking in started out barely warm. Was cold by the time my pedi started. Lasted all of about 15 min total. I made sure to tell the person giving me the pedi it was my first one of the year. Usually they will spend extra time sloughing off all the rough stuff. Basically just washed my feet and put lotion on. Then she trimmed my nails, but barely filed them and trimmed my cuticles. Didn't bother to clean the nails or push back the cuticles. Then she just slapped on polish, leaving remnants all over my toes. I know salons can get busy on Sat., but don't do a crappy job, because you are in a rush. I feel like I just threw$25 down the toilet. Will not be going back. read more

I have been here dozens of times and have always gotten a decent manicure or pedicure. Nothing mind blowing but good looking and relaxing. I will NEVER be going back after my experience today. I went in for a manicure and a pedicure. My pedicure started off fine. I was a little disappointed because, while he put lotion on my legs there was NO massage, which is one of my favorite parts since I am on my feet all day. Then it was time for my manicure and he said he would not do a manicure only paint my nails because they didn't need a manicure. Whatever...anyway...my four year old nephew would have painted my nails better. First, he filed my nail down (which used to be the perfect length for me at 1/4 inch past my nail bed) all the way to my nail bed. This this will take weeeeeeks to repair. As if that were not bad enough there is bright magenta (yes - I know....but I am hosting a huge event Tmw and it matched the accent color in my dress) allllllllll over my cuticles and under my nail bed. I looked at my pedicure more closely after discovering this only to realize that, while he got the paint everywhere on my nails, he missed better than a third of each toe!!! Instead of getting ready for a massive event, I have now wasted an hour of my life, $40, and however many hours it takes me to make a vain attempt to repair this damage. Meanwhile, I get to welcome 100 people with the shortest, potentially magenta stained nails I have ever seen after working weeks to get my nails in great shape. I am so angry and they could have cared less that everything looked like crap! Just kept carrying side conversations about the boss letting them close early if they didn't get any new customers. Well here's to closing early more often- because you've lost my business and I will do everything I can to prevent my friends and family from EVER going back! read more
