Once we discussed; I was told which station to sit at and who my tech would be. I was then asked to wash my hands before seating. That in itself got them five stars. I loved the cleanliness of the salon but also what the expected of patrons. John was my nail tech and is fantastic! His customer service; the way he walks you thru your service to make sure everything is to your liking. He is a total package! He made sure every step of the way I was satisfied and he was hilarious. A lot of times when you go to the nail salon there is not much conversation between you and your tech but I can't wait to go and speak with john again. My price was fair and they even offer a discount to those who paid in cash. They do ask that tips for your service be paid in cash. Overall this was a great place. Prices; techs; speed of service everything was great. Plenty of parking and it's right in innsbrook so you get to miss the Shortpump traffic. I will definitely be returning.

I created an appointment, however, I unfortunately chose a "gel manicure" instead of the correct "acrylic-full set" that I usually get. Definitely a mistake on my end, however, the nail technician was able to explain to me the error in my booking and how she does not work with acrylic. I instead opted to have my daughter get her nails and toes done. The process was very easy and Vladlena made sure that she was comfortable, however, by the time I got in the car my daughters toe-nail polish was coming off and by the time I got home she only had polish on 4/10 fingers which was a huge disappointment due to the fact that my daughter was very excited to get them done. Moving forward, I really hope this issue can be rectified.

She immediately started to trim my cuticles and she was rough during the whole procedure. She cut the skin around my nails several times and the sprayed alcohol on my toes. I told her I was in pain and again she ignored me. She the continued to be rough with the files and buffing tool. I don't think she said one friendly word to me the whole time. I am tempted to report her to the board of health.
