I went on opening day. They were not ready. Noise of drilling,hammering was not exactly relaxing for my pedicure. I also was disappointed that even though my cuticles were pushed back no trimming happened. The leg and foot massage was very short. I won't go back until they iron everything out. read more

Had to cancel my appointment (for the first time) due to medical emergency. Called and explained emergency, then to receive a text saying I will have to pay $25 bc my appointment is 26 hours from now. To be fair there is a 48 hour cancellation policy, so I tried to call yesterday but no one answered. On top of the lack of compassion, only one person in the salon can do nails. The others are awful and will talk about you while you are sitting right there. They even did this to my 13 year told daughter and made her feel completely uncomfortable. My sister, daughter and I went in for pedicures about a year ago and got the exact same treatment but thought we would give them a second chance. Will not go back. Very disappointed read more

Cindie redid my nails that another salon messed up twice. Top layer just peeled off both times within hours of getting my nails done. The top coat was what made my nails change colors. First time customer. The technician was doing a horrible job of applying the gel polish. There were streaks and clumps. She kept blaming it on the color I chose. If the color is the problem it shouldn't be offered. There was polish all over my skin as well. Once I refused to let he apply the top coat until it was fixed another technician jumped in and gave me complete attitude like it was my fault. It took two hours by this point. Upon checkout the owner comped me for the gel. Then proceeded to say they've been having problems with this product!!! Maybe she should get rid of it!!! Then to top it off charged me $2 fee to use my debit card! There was no sign of said fee. She kept insisting it was policy. But, there was no sign!!! Never again. read more

Worst service and worst place I have ever been to for eyebrows. The lady made my daughters eyebrows super thin and said it was because her eye brows had stubble, her eye brows were super thick. Then when I told her they didn't look even she proceeded to gaslight us and tell us they were asymmetrical even though they clearly are not. My daughter was literally crying because she has a massive gap between her eyebrows, the lady who did them not only made them super thin, and far apart but she proceeded to pluck them so she has a bald spot in her brow. If you have someone who is new and doesn't know what the lot are doing then you should tell people they are new before you allow them to mess up someones eyebrows. Oh and the biggest kicker was instead of being apologetic they still charged me for the sh**y service and made excuses for the unprofessional technicians who did her brows. Unless you want no brows or uneven brows don't go here for your brows. You will be very disappointed and told they will grow back without an apology. I think they need to go back to cosmetology school and relearn how to do brows. read more

I honestly used to not like it here very much (about two years ago) but then they remodeled and went under new management and staff. My services were provided by Jazz (I believe that was her name) and she did a wonderful job! So much so that I went back to her my next couple visits. It's gorgeous inside and a bit smaller than most places but I believe that makes it really comfy and cozy. Not to mention they have beautiful dim lighting and spa music playing :) read more

I called and made an appointment with Cindy yesterday and while on the phone she asked what I wanted done I said a full set for my niece and a pedicure for myself. She repeated it and told me to come in at 4:30 my niece at 5. I got there and decided I wanted to change the color on my nails and asked her about that. She sat me at a table with a tech. After the tech started she realized I had sns dip and not acrylic. Cindy said oh you told me you wanted a fill in that means acrylic. I said no I said nothing about a fill in. Bad overall experience. Just had pedicure done at this salon. The staff is friendly and the place seems very clean. The pedicure was okay. Afterwards I asked to just have my finger cuticles push backed and trimmed. I wanted no polish and no filing. I was charged the full price of a manicure. Again no polish, no filing, no hand massage or moisturizer. I was charged the full manicure price -$15 (a total of $40 including the basic pedicure) for not even five minutes of work. When I questioned at the register the manicurist said she charges full price no matter what was done. I am usually a heavy tipper and tipped anyway but now I regret it. I won't go back. if you go there make sure you ask "how much?" Other places only charge $5- 10 for cleaning cuticles. read more

Rude rude rude! I went in with my two daughters one of them asked to have her nails ombred. The girl with the long hair that's younger first was just plain rude to her, she said I'll have to use dip for that like it was an inconvenience, when my daughter picked out a color she said that's going to be see through... my daughter said I know that way it will be lighter to darker and she rolled her eyes at her. So my daughter gave up and just asked her to just paint them. The lady said use this color my daughter said I don't like that and she said then go pick one out. When she came back the girl said that's the color I told you to use and she rolled her eyes again. Got my nails done with dip- two of them have big lumps and the third doesn't even look like a fingernail! I asked for a manicure and did not get one, she did not clean under my nails nor did she cut my cuticles. All she did was file them and dip them. When she looked at them when I was paying she noticed that one of them out of the three that has lumps was noticeable to her too and she said hmmmph then took my money! I live in Quinton the next salon is 25 mins away, so they are very convenient. I have mixed feelings about the staff. It really depends on who you end up with Colon is very nice and does good work, but he is always going for a smoke break and comes back in smelling of cigarettes (yuck). Others are very friendly and some are very short. I dont like them talkig on and on in their traditional language.. i find it rude, but if thats all you know lol.. i do like their pricing, their work, and how quicking they can get you in. You never have to wait long. They always have a full staff.. so i guess this is a mixed review. If you are in New Kent its worth a try. read more

I have been to this salon a few times. The first time I got a full set of acrylic with tips, and as I was leaving, there was white all over my fingers from where the person doing my nails didn't wipe it off. One of the owners or people in management had come to see what was wrong and fixed it, however there was acrylic underneath all of my nails and it disappointed me a lot. I went back with my mother and child, to which we paid $150 for both of us to receive pedicures and manicures and for my three year old daughter to get her nails painted. We were told that our feet had dried only to come home and find that upon wearing our socks and shoes after being told they were dry, the polish was messed up on all of our toes. Not to mention I had gotten the acrylic nails soaked off and shellac put on my hands, to which the person that did it didn't paint it on any of my fingers correctly. You can see plainly how there are huge gaps between my cuticles and the paint, to which he could've done a better job probably with his eyes closed. When I called two days later, they told me that I would have to pay to get everything fixed, which to me, is horrible due to the bad job they did along with the amount of money we had spent there. read more
