Update (9/4/22): Went back to the salon on Sunday right at 11 and informed the techs that were there why I was there and one stated she'd have to call Ashley to verify; which I had no problem with. I actually spoke with Ashley and realized she'd actually scheduled my appointment for Tuesday at 10 and I informed her I wouldn't be in VA on Tuesday, so I'd need to cancel and I'd try another salon. She immediately apologized, stated everyone there now was busy with appointments and said I could come back later in the day and asked to speak back with her tech. I returned the phone to the tech, ran out to my car and came back thinking that I'd be informed of the time I could return later in the day. Nope, I'm guessing they thought I left. I stood at the counter for 21 minutes before a tech walks in (thankfully he acknowledged me) and asks what was going on. I explained the situation and he immediately took me to station 2 where he proceeded to remove what excess I couldn't the day before and redid my nails; exactly like the picture. Updated to 4 stars because of the customer service received from him (I do regret not getting his name) & Ashley; removed a star from the opening nails techs lack of acknowledgement while I waited 21 minutes. Original post (9/3/22): Called the day before (Friday) to schedule an appointment for 10:15 on Saturday; informing them by phone, what I wanted done. Arrived the next day around 10:05 and was greeted; I advised we (my mother and I) had an appointment at 10:15 and we were asked what we wanted done (yet, this information was provided the day before). We were told which pedicure chairs to sit in and I was asked by Sam if I was ticklish, which I replied no and she acknowledged that, stating she'd make sure she really scrubbed and quite frankly, it was the most lackluster pedicure I've ever had. Appointment was set for a manicure / pedicure and I had a picture of the exact manicure I wanted. It was suggested I get dip powder and the method (dip powder, gel, regular polish) wasn't much of a concern as long as it resembled the picture. I usually keep my nails very short but had been growing them out for a few weeks & tips were applied; did all of my nails need them, no but for the sake of uniformity, all nails received them. I was told by Sam because I had a natural arch it was harder for the nail to adhere with the glue. I should have taken this as the first sign but didn't. She continued through the dip process and I knew pretty quickly that what I wanted wasn't happening. I told Sam no less than four times that I wanted the nails cut down, showed her how short and she said she'd cut above that and file the rest. Original shape was to be almond and I left with coffin (if you want to call it that because she'd already cut the tips for the almond shape) because her almond and my almond were not the same; stating my picture showed oval. During the filing process she said she wished I'd said something sooner and she wouldn't have made the tips so long (I did say something from the beginning that I didn't want them long). She kept saying it usually doesn't take this long but because of the tips, the shape, etc. that's why it was taking as long as it was. I've had acrylic overlays for years before and I've done my own dip powder and she's correct, it shouldn't have taken her 3 hours for what I had done; including a gel pedicure which had to be a applied "precisely" because the white would show streaks. I knew Sam wouldn't be able to do the original design I wanted and settled on lines, telling her do abstract lines; one per nail in varying directions. She starts and makes four lines, stating she didn't like it and she'd do the lines she wanted. Wipes it off and the next line was thick and curved. I reminded her straight abstract lines and she proceeded to do another curved one so I finally said no lines, I'd just settle on the dip color so I was reimbursed $5 from the tip I provided since I wasn't getting my desired design so they wouldn't have to refund my card because they were so busy. I've never left a salon absolutely devastated. I actually wouldn't consider it a true manicure as there was no cuticle work, I didn't even wash my hands after but did have some cuticle oil applied. I had other errands to run and called back to speak with a manager. Spoke with Ashley (the manager) and informed her that had it not been mentioned that they were so busy, I would have said something before I left (I also didn't want to spend any more time there). Ashley stated I could come back that day (Saturday) or by Monday and she'd redo them with the design. I really wish I'd taken a picture but didn't have the heart to. I eventually came home and used my own nail drill to file them down to the desired length and then spent the evening soaking off the dip powder because I was so disappointed. Giving two stars for Ashley's response and hopefully I'll be able to update to a higher rating. read more

I went to Tracy on June 5th for a manicure and dip color, I was happy with the colors. Saturday one nail popped off. She did fit me in the fix it. By the time I got home and unloaded groceries a thumb nail popped off. She set an appointment for me on this past Friday 6/12. Between Sunday and Friday more nails popped off, only 4 were left. I was disappointed that a refund or credit wasn't even offered. read more

Arrived at 11:57 and was told the wait was 10-15 minutes for pedicure. I was seated 20 minutes later. Soaked for 5 minutes. Nai gave me a fabulous sugar scrub rub on my calves. Most the time the leg massages included in your pedicure are blah but this was the best massage I have ever gotten. NaI was meticulous while applying my polish and perfected anything that didn't look just right. I'll definitely be coming back. read more

I made an appointment for a full set of acrylics, I came in and told them just like the picture, The manager or whoever kept insisting that dip powder is better, and after stating that I would like to do colored powder acrylics they still did dip powder on me!! The same guy who made us do the dip powder interrupted the nail tech and I at checkout and snatched the money out of her hand and just confused everyone for no reason !! Went in to get a pedicure, no one wiped down the chairs,did have to wash my hands But the big issue i have is ,nothing is sanitized, I watched them use the same nail clippers with out so much as washing them in alcohol. There was a musty smell And the cart the tech uses looked to have mildew and heavy nail dust coating . They don't sanitized the tools they use. Be careful if using this business read more

Apparently under new management and they were taking down old pics and wall paper from the walls right behind my pedicure chair which was quite annoying. Also, had to come home and get gel polish off my big toe cuticle and my fill in is super lumpy, the acrylic on all my nails. Ohhh and they charged extra to shape my short nails from square to round! My daughters nails chipped within 2 hours of getting them done. I asked for a nail design they offer, and the nail tech couldn't figure out how to do it. My nails look awful. Unsure why certain nail shops decide to charge an extra $20 to put a color on your toes but this is apparently 1 of them. My problem is that they waited until after the service and until I questioned my total to even say something about it. I checked pricing before even starting my services but some nail shops like to take advantage of new customers. Tried to give a local business a try but won't be going back. Also , most of the staff seem inexperinced , I had 3 different people work on my nails then the last one gave a rushed service to still charge extra for service that was just okay, if that . I had high hopes for this new salon, as it is right down the street from my home. I will not be returning. Salon dirty and disorganized. Product supply/choices very limited. No one speaks, or understands, English fluently enough to communicate effectively. Technician seemed in a hurry, although I clearly woke him from his nap when I came in. I told the manager(?) what I wanted when I came in and showed him a picture. He assured me he was giving me to the right technician who could give me what I asked for. I told him repeatedly I was very particular. He assured me he could. In my opinion, he lied...and it was all only about the money. (Which I paid, in cash, as requested...and tipped in cash.) Don't business owners understand that all they have to do is ACTUALLY care about their customers? Just a little bit? And provide what they promise? Then, we will COME BACK. It is not rocket science. Made an appointment for a full set and brought a picture of what I wanted. I had to go to another nail salon to get what they did removed and a new set because they messed up SO badly. I left absolutely mortified by my nails. I brought a picture of a set of almond shaped, long, acrilyc nails. I got a set put on just as short as my natural nails filed to points and the points weren't even centered..it looked absolutely ridiculous. She never once asked me any questions, she barely said 2 words to me. Seriously save yourself the money and embarrassment and go somewhere else! Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time or money at this establishment. I went when they initially opened and had a dip manicure. The color was peeling and chipped by the next day. I went back and they fixed it but then it peeled off again two days later (after I had already left for vacation) Gave them a 2nd chance and had a another horrible experience. My husband and I came here for pedicures and had a great experience! The ladies who did our pedicures were friendly and very attentive to details. I also got a manicure with the dip powder option, and the turned out great -- I wanted something very natural & neutral, and the young man who did my manicure got it just right. I deducted the one star because although they started my manicure right away, it took about 30 minutes for them to get to my husband's pedicure, even though we had an appointment. The water in the basin was tepid by the time they got us in the chairs, but they corrected the problem right away. And a bonus...the salon staff is the most diverse nail salon staff I've ever seen. Came in today and got a pedicure with Tia. She was super friendly and easy to talk to. She gave me one of the best pedicures I have had in a while. My toes look great and my feet feel super soft. The whole nail salon was spotless and I loved how they use the liners in the pedicure bowls. The decor is light and feels very modern. Was not happy with my service here today. My French tip manicure was a mess. Tech had white polish on her gloves and kept getting it all over my hands. White left on skin around my nails, barely did a cuticle "push". Scrubbed the skin off some areas of my feet but did not even take care of other calloused areas. Everyone left early even thought hours were supposed to be until 7:30, my lady seemed anxious to close it down and go. Probably won't go back. read more

I'm hoping the problems my friends and I had are just kinks with it being a new business. My two friends got polish changes, and they started peeling 3 hours after getting their nails done. I got acrylics done (I have had them done in the past). The Lady sat down and asked three different times if I wanted dip after I continued to tell her no she finally left it alone. While she was putting my set on she kept picking at my skin which caused pain and she continued to do it after I told her it was hurting. She cut me four times with the Dremel. Yes she did draw blood! I left and my hands hurt so bad and and my hands were dry and had acrylic all over them! I hope it was just the nail tech I had! I arrived at 4:15 for a manicure and pedicure and was seen immediately for a pedicure which met my expectations. However, another client walked in during my pedicure and the nail technician stopped my pedicure to talk to her. Afterwards I was led to the table for my manicure and he provided me with water to soak my nails while he started filing down her gel set and applying polish remover on her nails without any sort of explanation to me on what he was doing. Since it was already after 5:15 and there was no understanding of when I would be assisted again I opted to pay my bill and leave. I have visited this salon twice. The first time my dip nails chipped after three days. I decided to try again. I made an appointment for myself and my daughter. They took my daughter right away but I waited 45 minutes for service. I got the pedicure and then I was told to wait again because someone has an appointment. I reminded them I had an appointment but was just told "sorry". I decided to skip my dip nails for two reasons. Poor customer service and the pedicure was not great. 20 minutes. read more
