I don't get my nails done ofter but I must say this was the best experience I have ever had! Jimmy was my nail tech. I went in an hour before they close and was not rushed at all. He was very patient and let me ask a million questions because I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. This review would be 5 stars except for the fact that they didn't have everything that I wanted (holo unicorn powder and something else I can't remember at the moment). POOR customer service, don't even waist your time. I went to get my toes done. The man asked what I needed, I said toes done, but can I use the bathroom first he said NO. I said ok, then I won't get anything done here. I started to walk out, I told him I am going to let the people know about this customer service. The man followed me out trying to block me from taking a picture of his business. He followed me talking up and down the shopping center. I had 3 concerned citizens check on me to make sure I was ok. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Do not recommend!!!!! I should have known better when i walked in on a Friday at noon and there wasn't a single soul in this establishment. I asked for a fill in and one nail was broken. A lady maybe late 50s did my nails. She went through quickly and after painting them she said okay see they are not thick? Not sure what she meant by that since I never mentioned them being thick but I did ask her to take a look at two nails because the paint job was really bad. I got gel Polish but the fill in was very very poorly. She left it looking very grown out. It was really bad. Also the way she filed them and shaped them was as if a blind person did them. No attention to detail, very uneven. I was so upset when she decided to argue and tell me my skin is the problem? The only other worker there was a man who then came over and tried to say they couldn't paint them closer or it would be on my skin? The whole job was bad and there was no way I could go out in public like this. The lady who did my nails GRABBED MY HAND AND PULLED ME TO THIS COUPLE who just walked in to show them and explain to them? WTF. At this point I'm so embarrassed and just in shock at this behavior. I have been getting my nails done for 15 years and unfortunately made the horrible mistake of coming in here since I couldn't get to one of my other salons. Okay so NOW THE NIGHTMARE BEGINS!!! The man sits down and starts to drill two nails and then proceeds to try to fix the bad shape that the previous person did. He looks a little closer and starts to drill the polish off a few others. Well then he takes all the polish off, try's to file some Edges I guess to make them look better and tells me go wash my hands and he's not painting them that I need to go somewhere else and have them painted!! I said I can't leave here with a finished job, he said well I'm not painting them so you can tell Me you don't like them a second time? Oh and you need to pay $26!!!!! Come to this nail shop if weak nails that break in less than 24 hours is your thing. First and last time coming to this horrible establishment. I've experienced a handful of nail shops for dipping powder and this if far by the worse experience I have ever had. And in calling the male employee that works here, he ended just arguing with me and essentially calling me a liar, saying that it was impossible for my nail to break the same day. Instead of him to offer a solution such a free nail repair he chose to be very argumentative and defensive. If you're looking for quality service and long-lasting nail, look elsewhere. This lady seriously messes up my fingers to the point i'm bleeding. I smile through the blood and keep saying "It's fine". She pours alcohol on it and keeps going. I could give 0 stars to be honest. I went in and asked for a lash curl...confirmed that there wouldn't be any lash extensions out on and walked out with a full set. Not only that BUT they had been glued on with hair glue or something else that wasn't regular lash glue and were set on the skin and other natural eyelashes. I now know this after begging multiple salons to take them off within an hour of getting them and finally getting in somewhere. I do NOT recommend going here for anything lash related. read more

It's rare for me to write a review, but I came here from Arizona on vacation to visit my friends in the navy, and after dinner we all decided to get pedicures. There was only one lady working the pedicures and she managed to knock out all four of our pedicures almost at the same time. The work ethic and quality of all of our pedicures were perfect. I didn't catch her name but we made sure her hard work was worth it. This is probably the best pedicure I've ever gotten and she did three others at the same time. I highly recommend this place. This place is amazing. I came here in November for the first time. They took me in and took great care of me though they were already closed!!! I felt like a queen with all of the special treatment. DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME. I came into this establishment for a pedicure and a fill. The pedicure went well. Looked well. no issue. HOWEVER when it came time for my nails the lady cut them entirely too short. I mentioned it in which sparked her husband to come to the front of the solon and "fix" it. The proceeded to apply gel to the tip of my nails... which wasn't even with the rest of the nail. The man kept saying they would shape them and fix it. I was already irritated at this point because they were defensive and yelling. I allowed him to "fix" the nails. I sat quietly and then it was time to go. In the process of paying I made him aware that I thought they looked bad. $60.00 and they did not look worth nearly $60.00. as i am waiting for him to give me my card and receipt he tells me he's calling the police. CALLING THE POLICE FOR WHAT?! He calls and in the meantime I am asking him for my card so i can leave. He REFUSED to give me my card back. I had my 8 year old child with me who was distraught at the situation. As e police arrive I advise that i have paid and would like to go. The police bring me my card and say the man wrote on my receipt that i reused you pay.. he never gave me a receipt to pay, just refused to give me my card. Needless to say... I wish I could leave a review and not give 1 star. I am appalled with the result of my hair color. I asked Sindy to do my roots and lighten the current color as I felt it was too dark. My previous experience has proven this to be a simple fix and I have never been disappointed with previous results at other salons. What I left with was a warm brown (my hair is very ash and warm tones don't look good on me) and blondish looking roots. It looks awful and highlights all of my white roots; I look like a brown and blond skunk!! I returned 48 hrs later and requested they fix my hair which would have been a simple all over color. I was denied this and when I asked why, they told me to not bother the other customers with my inquiry. I am very disappointed and now have to pay money to have this mess corrected. The Hair Cuttery would have been cheaper and better. I will never go there again nor will I recommend getting any services here. I went to get highlights done and after 4 hours of service she said that she didn't know what happen and when i looked at the mirror my "brown hair" was "all yellow, orange" she also cut all of my hair after I asked her to cut the ends of my hair. and when i asked for a refund which i had already pay her the package she said "NO". i ended up paying $200 to another salon to see if they could save my hair.
