Most time, they can help you within a few minutes of walking in. If you want ombré, which I did, you might have a 10-15 minute wait. Today they were playing 90's to current popular music. The salon is clean other than some nail polish splatter at some of the stations. They do reuse nail files, don't use fresh ones, if that is a concern of yours. Milk be back. Mist if my services here have been positive and I've been coming here for a few years.

She said you have to get a more expensive pedicure for it to be longer than 15 minutes and not rushed. I've never had a pedicure that was only 15 minutes. Such a waste of money. Could have done it at home. Worst pedicure I've gotten in two decades. The whole point of me going was to treat myself. Instead I played myself. As you can see from the pedicure menu I've posted, there is no indication that this is a 15 minute service. At least call it a "rapid" or "express" pedicure or something. She expected me to know that because it's "cheap" (26 dollars) that it's not a full pedicure and would only be 15 minutes. Never again.

I sat in a pedicure chair for about 10 minutes until they ran my water. The chair was THE best pedicure massage chair I've ever been in, so I didn't mind. My pedicure service began at about 5:25 p.m. and it was over by 5:45 p.m. I've never in my decades of pedicures gotten a 20 minute pedicure. They're usually 45-60 minutes! She zipped through it so quickly, paying no particular attention to the anything. Miraculously, the end result looked okay, so again, I wasn't too bothered. After my pedicure was finished, she started working on another client (taking her sweet time)... and didn't come back to me for a full 50 minutes to look at my nails. She said it was 30 minutes. I corrected her. It was another 10 (a full hour) before she actually started working on my dip. She apologized for the wait, but once again, she zipped through my dip so quickly... a mere 25 minutes when it's normally 65-75! I mean, why work so fast now? There were no other clients. Take your time with my nails and do a good job! She cut my nails way too short. She did next to nothing with my cuticles. And my final result shows ridges and file marks in my nails! She said she could fix it and asked me to come back tomorrow. WHAT?! You want me to waste MORE of my time so you can do what you should've done the first time? Hell to the no! She also told me my toes were dry, so I could put my socks and shoes on. WHAT?! Even I know how long toes take to dry and that socks basically for the rest of the day are a no no! While she was a nice person, what good is nice if you keep me waiting an hour and provide me with a terrible service? Never again. Please, Nancy. Come home soon!

It's located across from Short Pump mall. The young lady at the desk was very friendly. We got drinks and snacks, which I thought only came with the expensive pedicure packages that I got for my kids, but I found out that they give them to everyone. Guess I paid extra for the flowers in their foot soak. Next time I will get a regular pedi for them. My daughter & I got gel polish. My son got a buff. Every single thing costs extra. When we checked out, I paid over $200 before I even added the tip. Very expensive, but it was worth it to see the smiles on my kid's faces. I would go back & just get gel polish with the regular package next time.

The woman/owner at the front who answers the calls was clearly exceptionally talented. I do actually think HER work is the one broadcasted on social media. My maid of honor reached out via instagram with a photo of what I wanted for my wedding nails and when I got to the salon, I was excited to get started as it was the literal day before my wedding. (We DIY'd the WHOLE thing and I needed to make sure I didn't break any nails in the days before) I can't remember the name of my nail tech, but IMMEDIATELY I realized we were in a sticky situation. I tried to trust the process, showed her photos, told her I wanted a squoval French with the gold line to highlight the manicure. After I watched her MULTIPLE TIMES glue the tips on crooked, and I'm not talking like picky girl crooked, I mean DISFIGURED crooked - Once we got to the gold tip portion, I was told by the woman/owner up front "she can't work with metallics and do lines like that can you pick a different design?" In my head, I'm like, "did you not schedule this?" "Would you let me leave with my hands looking like this?" "Why don't you do it?" But she had another client and was doing anything absolutely gorgeous job on her nails while simultaneously dealing with a tough situation on the phone. I was so totally thrown off guard by this, already by the shape of my nails which definitely were very DUCK looking and the fact that we communicated with their instagram which is riddled with insane talent that I didn't know what to do. The woman up front/owner was very clearly and personally going through something on the phone that I really felt bad about and I just didn't want to ruin anyone's day so I just sucked it up and left with the absolute worst manicure of my life after so many times explaining that these were my wedding nails. My poor maid of honor got similar treatment where she got dip nails and her male manicurist put them back in white dip at the end so her nails literally looked like she played in glue. Im so frustrated. I understand people have hard days, but no one asked me any questions or seemed to care that I was getting married and chose their salon to do my nails. We had a huge wedding of 165 people and I had to show my ring to all of them - my nails will be plastered in photos for everyone to see. I tried to file them down on the sides, went to a cvs to try to fix them myself after our rehearsal dinner as I had 0 time to do anything since we were on a pretty big time crunch and my index nail on my left hand was literally pointing right. The salon itself is pretty, it seemed clean, but as far as marketing goes, I can't believe this happened to me. I paid 70 dollars and I always try to tip well, because I do want to believe the tech tried her best and that it wasn't necessarily her fault that the appointment we made was for something she couldn't do, so I tipped $20. Disappointed, sad and honestly feeling a bit robbed by them still. One week after as well, there was an odd gap of clear space between the French and the actual pinkish color that literally turned yellow on our honeymoon. Mortified to show my hands there. Now, even after I correctly took off the nails with acetone, I am left with an awful RING OF FIRE on my nail beds. this has never happened to me before and from what I hear, it means the tech was careless. The gift that keeps on giving! So now, after my wedding and getting my new and beautiful ring, I can't even get my nails done to show it off. I have to wait until these grow out. Hannah gave me my facial and was great. Explained everything to me and checked to make sure the tools were not causing me discomfort. I've had facials, pedicures, manicures, and massages here. Every time I've enjoyed my service as it's a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. It isn't stressful or loud. It's exactly the vibe you want when heading for a self care day. The products they use are 100% house-made and organic. I've had skin reactions before, but never here. As a matter of fact, other spas have left my face looking red and inflamed after facials - I leave here glowing. Now I can't speak to any of the other massage therapists here, but Tsondu is who I see any time I'm seeking a massage. I truly feel like he is a healer in some way. I leave relaxed and I'm always comfortable throughout the service. I'm love the new location and I can't wait to come back soon!
