Second - IF they let you soak (vs. using a reused cottonball) in a bowl of acetone, they dump the liquid back into the acetone bottle (to use again)! This last visit was the final straw - the man doing my nails pulled out a pair of scissors and proceeded to dig each of his toenails out with them, then went back to doing my manicure with NO gloves.
