She's very attentive to detail and sweet. The chair I was laying on had a heated pad which was nice while I was getting my brows waxed. She uses a hard wax, which is supposed to not be as painful. It didn't bother me. The lady who checked me was also very kind, and offered me water when my service was finished. The waiting room is relaxing with a bunch of skin care options to purchase too. I highly recommend this place! They offer a bunch of other services such as facials, eyebrow/eyelash tinting or shading, etc.

This is probably the best and most relaxing facial I've had at this spa to date. Raven did a great job meeting my goals for hydration and relaxation, and honestly I'd book with her again! This experience was completely ruined when I went to check out and they declined my gift card. For Christmas my sister regifted me a $100+ gift card I purchased for her in March 2024 (It was a birthday present, and just due to various circumstance she was unable to use it). At checkout I was informed that the gift card was expired, but the spa owner was able to give me a "courtesy" discount for 20% off product in the store. Please note that as a longtime client of this spa I have NEVER seen or heard of any gift card expiry policy from Wild & Free and the gift card didn't have an expiration date on the card, on the receipt, and during purchase no one mentioned it. The spa owner claims "that has always been the policy" but it's listed obscurely in the "About" section on the website (not where customers could easily see it while purchasing a gift card) and it was not previously listed in the "Policy" section. Thankfully I was able to get a refund, but I will no longer be booking services with Wild & Free after this experience.

Lisa gave a first rate massage, checked occasionally for comfort but was otherwise quiet. It was very relaxing, one of the best I've had. The two women who did my nails were two of the nicest, sweetest people I've met in a salon in a long time. They took more time on the filing, scrubbing, and massaging than anyone ever does these days. The moisturizing treatment with hot towels was great. Cons: Christian rock played the first two hours I was there. Luckily you couldn't hear it in the massage room. Then they switched to straight country which was survivable. Both polish jobs were actually really sloppy and on my pedicure she skipped the base coat and only used 1 coat of color. I also think the polish they used might have been old as it was pretty gloppy. I'll be surprised if the pedicure lasts a week.

They had my daughter and myself in a chair within 20 mins. My daughter's experience was great and my experience is why I'm giving them 1 star. This review isn't good, so I'll just list all this out. 1. Terribly!!!! hot water. Mentioned it and she got annoyed, but fixed it right away " Okay now"??? The tone was certainly there and little did I know that it was to set the tone for the rest of my visit. 2.Shoving and hard tapping my feet to move and do what she needed me to do. No words. (Yes, she knew English.) 3.No sugar scrub or massage with lotion. My feet and legs were swiped with cuticle lotion and it was smeared only half way up my calves and rinsed off. 4. Trying to tell tech about problem calloused area by pointing at my toe when she abruptly pushed my hand away, raising her voice to tell me not to touch her chemical callous softener. 5. Threw hot towel on my right leg and foot, scalding the top of my foot. It's still red and it was a day and a half ago. 6.Made fun of me after requesting no lotion massage on the manicure I had after my pedicure, telling me that I can always go wash my hands, ha ha 7. Worked sick. Maybe she treated me this way because she was forced to work sick, I don't know, but I'm not going back. My daughter will go back, as long as she doesn't get the lady that did mine. Her nail tech was very kind and did a great job on her mani/pedi. 8. The quality of my manicure was great, considering. The pedicure left me with rough feet that snag on my socks. With as busy as this nail salon is, and as nice as their salon is, I'm sure this kind of review is very rare. Hopefully, this nail tech will see herself in this review and stop this unpleasant and very unprofessional treatment of paying clients.

The girl doing my toes I hadnt seen in there before but seemed fine. I come often so I didnt need much just a freshen up. She ended up cutting the whole right side of my right big toe and never once acknowledged it even though it was bleeding quite a bit. It was actually bleeding until the pedicure was almost completely over. Never acknowledged never apologized never offered discount, nothing.......then I go to sit down for mani. Same girl gets started but keeps getting up like shes unorganized. Then I guess one of her regulars walks in, gets up and completely blows me off and starts working on her pedicure. Owner comes over about 30mi later and starts working on mine like shes in a hurry, mind you several families and people start walking in abd she says she has time for everyone. There were at least two or.3 people thay came in after me that were done before me.....the owner even chased one lady out in the parking lot bc she saw how busy it was and turned around. Somehow owner convinced her to come back in oh we got time no problem. Mind you with a salon now full of people waiting and no employees. Its now almost 3hrs that I've been there. ....the other girl who started finally comes back and takes over again and still takes another 30min to finish also being rushed and sloppy. I paid and left, no tip not happy with any apologies or discounts. They definitely care more about pushing as many people thru as possible then the quality of their work or taking care of the people already there. Definitely lost my business, I wont be back..
