The first time he was more interested in looking at his phone and really spent brief moments on each task. The last time I went the owners were on vacation. He did not do my cuticles, hardly cleaned up the callouses, "rubbed" my right leg for less than a minute and never did the left leg. Then for some reason he had his wife paint my toenails. I have had both owners do my pedicure and they were excellent. I've also watched the daughter in law do other clients pedicures and it looks like she takes her time and is very thorough. She took the utmost care not only with my nails but also with my hands, and used almond oil to help soothe an inflamed cuticle. Our shellac French manicures turned out lovely, and we enjoyed chatting with Suzette as she worked on our nails. By the time she was finished, it felt as if we were all old friends. The only downfall of this salon is that it is tiny - just Suzette - so only one person can get a mani or pedi at once. It's fine if you're willing to wait your turn, just not a good place to go if you have a group of girlfriends looking to get mani/pedis at the same time. Go in expecting quality service and a personal touch, and you'll come away satisfied.
