This is probably the best and most relaxing facial I've had at this spa to date. Raven did a great job meeting my goals for hydration and relaxation, and honestly I'd book with her again! This experience was completely ruined when I went to check out and they declined my gift card. For Christmas my sister regifted me a $100+ gift card I purchased for her in March 2024 (It was a birthday present, and just due to various circumstance she was unable to use it). At checkout I was informed that the gift card was expired, but the spa owner was able to give me a "courtesy" discount for 20% off product in the store. Please note that as a longtime client of this spa I have NEVER seen or heard of any gift card expiry policy from Wild & Free and the gift card didn't have an expiration date on the card, on the receipt, and during purchase no one mentioned it. The spa owner claims "that has always been the policy" but it's listed obscurely in the "About" section on the website (not where customers could easily see it while purchasing a gift card) and it was not previously listed in the "Policy" section. Thankfully I was able to get a refund, but I will no longer be booking services with Wild & Free after this experience.

Lisa gave a first rate massage, checked occasionally for comfort but was otherwise quiet. It was very relaxing, one of the best I've had. The two women who did my nails were two of the nicest, sweetest people I've met in a salon in a long time. They took more time on the filing, scrubbing, and massaging than anyone ever does these days. The moisturizing treatment with hot towels was great. Cons: Christian rock played the first two hours I was there. Luckily you couldn't hear it in the massage room. Then they switched to straight country which was survivable. Both polish jobs were actually really sloppy and on my pedicure she skipped the base coat and only used 1 coat of color. I also think the polish they used might have been old as it was pretty gloppy. I'll be surprised if the pedicure lasts a week.

Miss Kim does an exceptional pedicure, taking her time with you, and with a perpetual smile all the while. Easy conversation, or relaxing quiet, whichever the client prefers. I went to this salon on Sunday may 17. There were 3 or 4 girls working and only 2 clients getting…read morepeds when I walked in. Asked for mani and pedi and was taken back right away. The girl doing my toes I hadnt seen in there before but seemed fine. I come often so I didnt need much just a freshen up. She ended up cutting the whole right side of my right big toe and never once acknowledged it even though it was bleeding quite a bit. It was actually bleeding until the pedicure was almost completely over. Never acknowledged never apologized never offered discount, nothing.......then I go to sit down for mani. Same girl gets started but keeps getting up like shes unorganized. Then I guess one of her regulars walks in, gets up and completely blows me off and starts working on her pedicure. Owner comes over about 30mi later and starts working on mine like shes in a hurry, mind you several families and people start walking in abd she says she has time for everyone. There were at least two or.3 people thay came in after me that were done before me.....the owner even chased one lady out in the parking lot bc she saw how busy it was and turned around. Somehow owner convinced her to come back in oh we got time no problem. Mind you with a salon now full of people waiting and no employees. Its now almost 3hrs that I've been there. ....the other girl who started finally comes back and takes over again and still takes another 30min to finish also being rushed and sloppy. I paid and left, no tip not happy with any apologies or discounts. They definitely care more about pushing as many people thru as possible then the quality of their work or taking care of the people already there. Definitely lost my business, I wont be back..

On 04/16, I had an appointment for a mani/pedi. The pedicure went great and had zero worries about…read morethe same gentleman who gave me my pedicure, was also giving me my manicure; however, I do dip powder instead of gel and he said ok. Dip lasts much longer and tough enough to live life without bending and breaking my nails. Anyway, This gentleman, evidently didn't know how to do the dip, and half way through I noticed that the nails were very thick and not spread out towards the cuticle for that finished look and I told him that I was unhappy about it. He said my nails weren't dry enough to work with, so he put my hands in front of a table fan for 7 minutes while he went to smoke a cigarette. Upon his arrival back, I told him not to worry about finishing the nails, and to remove them. I told him twice to remove them, being very nice and not in a way to scold him for not doing a good job. He calls over an older gentleman, and tells him that I don't like my nails and he called out, "HA"! Like he didn't believe me. He took one look at my nails and escorted me to his table up front. I told him that he can take them off, but he seemed as though he was going to fix them. He did remove all the dip, and at this point, I had already been in there for 1.5 hours, so I was really hoping for this fix to be a little quicker than normal. So! This gentleman fixed my nails, they look beautiful; however, he told me that I had been there a long time and he was sorry, but didn't take anything off the cost of the manicure at all. I was shocked. He should have given me my manicure for free, considering I was now checking out another 40 minutes later. So! I didn't get a discount or a free manicure to make up for all that I went through, and it left them with a black mark in my book. Customer satisfaction should have been at the top of their list. At least.... the older man did a wonderful job on my nails, he still got tipped...the other gentleman got tipped for the pedicure only, since that turned out perfect and I have no complaints about that at all. I think I may give their salon a rest for a while and try out another nail salon in the meantime.
