It was a highly busy Friday morning, shortly after their opening time of 10 am, when we arrived for manicures and pedicures . No appointment, no problem. They had my daughter and myself in a chair within 20 mins. My daughter's experience was great and my experience is why I'm giving them 1 star. This review isn't good, so I'll just list all this out. 1. Terribly!!!! hot water. Mentioned it and she got annoyed, but fixed it right away " Okay now"??? The tone was certainly there and little did I know that it was to set the tone for the rest of my visit. 2.Shoving and hard tapping my feet to move and do what she needed me to do. No words. (Yes, she knew English.) 3.No sugar scrub or massage with lotion. My feet and legs were swiped with cuticle lotion and it was smeared only half way up my calves and rinsed off. 4. Trying to tell tech about problem calloused area by pointing at my toe when she abruptly pushed my hand away, raising her voice to tell me not to touch her chemical callous softener. 5. Threw hot towel on my right leg and foot, scalding the top of my foot. It's still red and it was a day and a half ago. 6.Made fun of me after requesting no lotion massage on the manicure I had after my pedicure, telling me that I can always go wash my hands, ha ha 7. Worked sick. Maybe she treated me this way because she was forced to work sick, I don't know, but I'm not going back. My daughter will go back, as long as she doesn't get the lady that did mine. Her nail tech was very kind and did a great job on her mani/pedi. 8. The quality of my manicure was great, considering. The pedicure left me with rough feet that snag on my socks. With as busy as this nail salon is, and as nice as their salon is, I'm sure this kind of review is very rare. Hopefully, this nail tech will see herself in this review and stop this unpleasant and very unprofessional treatment of paying clients. read more

Went here after a very bizarre experience at Paradise Nails My granddaughter is expecting any day now and wanted to get a pedicure with her. We were able to do a walk-in, very welcoming people. Had a very nice relaxing pedicure with Kim. Will definitely go back again when I'm visiting my granddaughter and her family. read more

They are often very busy, I would suggest booking an appointment to cut down on wait time. The theme of salon is Parisian and it's sleek/chic. The staff was very friendly when I walked in!! this place is terrible. Staff not friendly and didn't even give the mani/pedi design that was requested. I also had to wait an hour and a half before they wanted to give me a manicure. Other people were seen before me and only one had an appointment. Language barrier for sure. Will not return. The pictures on their website were not of that place as it is now maybe when it first opened. read more

My friend and I had to come back the next day to get pedicures because their hot water system was broken. The inside is very clean and you have a good amount of colors to choose from. We did the #4 pedicure which includes everything in a normal pedicure, plus paraffin wax, 7min massage, callus treatment, and a sugar scrub. That was $42 for me for regular polish but my friend did the gel polish so it was $55 for her. I don't know my tech's name but she did an alright job. I wish she spent more time on my feet during the massage rather than just my calves and she did my right leg a lot longer than my left. Other than that, it wasn't bad. read more

I am new to the area and wanted to find a nail shop since this move was rough on my nails. I picked Paris nails since it had great reviews. When I showed up, they were busy and I was fine with waiting my turn. 35 mins later, it was finally my turn. However, the guy rushed to put on my acrylics and then before they were done, moved me to the pedicure chair so he could do other people's nails. I was extremely upset since I wasn't asking for anything crazy. After two hours, another person finally painted me nails. No one had a conversation with me but just talked to their coworker the whole time. I rather spend $100 at a different establishment. Not worth the wait. read more

Nails look awful after a gel manicure, had to ask her three times to fix the shape, completely disappointed. She rushed through the manicure and gave no effort, acted annoyed when I mentioned anything. For spending as much money as I did... I expect my gel mani to last longer than 4 days. read more

Truly unimpressed. I have been here multiple times and had great experiences, but today I had a rude woman do my toenails. She made them really hurt and when I said that to her she got defensive and was just overall mean to me. She also rushed through the pedicure, didn't shape my nails at all, and the overall result is sloppy and not even close to what I'd expect from a decent pedicure. read more

Went for a pedicure while I was in town for the holidays. While I don't often get pedicures, I am so glad I took my mother's recommendation. It was excellent. The tedious detail, hard scrubbing, and great massage was amazing. Moreover, it was affordable and they are so nice. I will definitely be back when I'm in town. read more

Prices are the average for nail salons in the area, but they have punch cards and discounts on certain days! Jayden was a perfectionist with my nails!!!
