Before departing, my husband and I returned to our respective locker rooms to utilize the steam room and sauna. It took me a minute (and a trip to the hostess desk) to figure out that I had to turn on both rooms myself as they were on timers and were not automatically kept on. I liked the Benefit mapping technique, and although this wax is more than 2x the cost of getting my brows waxed at a nail salon, I felt like the job was at least 2x as good. My brows are even, well shaped, and look totally natural. I also didn't notice any stray hairs anywhere or anything to correct when I was showed them in the mirror, which I'm not sure has happened before.

As the was the very first time I have ever had my brows done, I was a bit nervous. Michelle was super friendly and professional. She did an amazing job and put all of my worries to rest. The service not only includes waxing but brow design as well. She asked if I'd like to have the full look, so I said sure, why not try it out. Like I said, this was my first time, so I was in shock at how dramatic my brows looked. Michelle could tell right away, so she scaled the look back, and I ended up loving my new brows! I highly recommend the Brow Bar at Ulta!
