She's very attentive to detail and sweet. The chair I was laying on had a heated pad which was nice while I was getting my brows waxed. She uses a hard wax, which is supposed to not be as painful. It didn't bother me. The lady who checked me was also very kind, and offered me water when my service was finished. The waiting room is relaxing with a bunch of skin care options to purchase too. I highly recommend this place! They offer a bunch of other services such as facials, eyebrow/eyelash tinting or shading, etc.

My skin gets so dry in the summer, and she curated the most perfect treatment; from an amazing facial massage and gentle exfoliation to a cooling honey mask and a high-frequency wand to clear my pores (so much better than extractions IMO!). This is probably the best and most relaxing facial I've had at this spa to date. Raven did a great job meeting my goals for hydration and relaxation, and honestly I'd book with her again! This experience was completely ruined when I went to check out and they declined my gift card. For Christmas my sister regifted me a $100+ gift card I purchased for her in March 2024 (It was a birthday present, and just due to various circumstance she was unable to use it). At checkout I was informed that the gift card was expired, but the spa owner was able to give me a "courtesy" discount for 20% off product in the store. Please note that as a longtime client of this spa I have NEVER seen or heard of any gift card expiry policy from Wild & Free and the gift card didn't have an expiration date on the card, on the receipt, and during purchase no one mentioned it. The spa owner claims "that has always been the policy" but it's listed obscurely in the "About" section on the website (not where customers could easily see it while purchasing a gift card) and it was not previously listed in the "Policy" section. Thankfully I was able to get a refund, but I will no longer be booking services with Wild & Free after this experience.

I also really liked the little shop on the side! I did not feel pushed to buy products and I liked that they had candles, Tocca perfumes and soaps in addition to the usual spa-fare. Will definitely be back. What a gem :)
