Super easy to talk to and also was a perfect balance of small talk and relaxation. The salon is cute, it's a hair salon and then there's rooms in the back where Ciera does lash stuff and more. The bed was really comfy to lay on and was also warmed which was a nice touch. The entire process was about 45 min and Ciera was very thoughtful throughout making sure I was comfortable.
