The technician spent more time talking to another customer than paying attention to my nails. He rushed me to wash my hands and then was still trying to file my nails while I was standing at the counter getting ready to pay. I showed a reference photo of exactly what I wanted, but the final result looked nothing like it. The French tips are extremely thick, wide, and uneven instead of thin and natural. The shape is inconsistent, and the overall set looks rushed and unfinished. The white tips are so bulky that they look unnatural and distract from the entire manicure. To make matters worse, this was the most expensive set I've ever gotten there. After being a loyal customer for 4 years, I expected much better service, attention to detail, and professionalism. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience, and I left unhappy with both the service and the quality of the nails.
