I had been bouncing from one overpriced fancy barbershop to the next only sometimes happy with the results and often not with the service. Frederick on the other hand has always been dependable both from quality of haircut and professionalism of not cancelling appointments last minute or baiting and switching appointments with a different stylist/barber. I have been happy with short undercut hairstyles from him as well as how he cut my hair to let me grow it out and recently a clean-up on my longer hair. Frederick cuts my hair normally, and he is great. But I would also like to highly recommend his wedding hair services as well. Frederick did my hair for my wedding day, along with my two sisters and my mother. He did my hair just as I asked and not only did he arrive on time, he arrived quite early. He was completely set up once I arrived. This is of great value on a wedding day when there are a lot of moving pieces and usually a tight schedule to keep. Moreover, I greatly appreciated his calm and gentle demeanor. It did wonders for my acute day-of bride nerves-- which were made worse by a threatening rainstorm on my outdoor wedding. His kind support helped tremendously, and by the time my hair was done, I felt much better. About a month before the wedding, I did a two-hour trial with Frederick where we experimented with a few different options I was considering before eventually settling on the final look.
