As soon as we walked over to the wig section, an older Asian woman began following us closely. Every time we touched a wig, she was immediately there, hovering and watching us like we were doing something wrong. When my daughter picked out a wig to try on, we were told we had to buy a wig cap for $1.09 (which we did, giving them a dollar). While we understood the policy, what was uncomfortable was how this woman continued to stand right next to us the entire time, watching every move as if we were going to steal something. It was humiliating and made both of us feel unwelcome. We were treated with suspicion for simply shopping -- something no customer should experience. I expected.
