Crystal has talked me through different ideas depending on what I'm feeling and has shaped my hair for both short and long cuts, resulting in manageable hair that works with my waves/curls! I also appreciate that she takes into account what your typical regimen is when cutting your hair (I'm very minimalist aka don't typically style my hair with tools and like to either air dry or throw my hair into a bun); she has given me low maintenance tips on how to manage it that I continue to use.
