Blow out was OK, but with my fine and textured hair it is easy to give it volume and it was still very flat when she was done. I gave her a tip to hit it the top of my hair with the round brush and blow dryer again and use the cold shot button but since she didn't concentrate it on my roots there was no change. My hair look nice enogh but I don't feel that the price matches the quality of the service. And importantly, it doesn't turn into the dreaded triangular poof... I also appreciate that she takes into account what your typical regimen is when cutting your hair (I'm very minimalist aka don't typically style my hair with tools and like to either air dry or throw my hair into a bun); she has given me low maintenance tips on how to manage it that I continue to use. Definitely recommend coming here if you have wavy/curly hair!
