I wish I could remember the woman's name to recommend her to everyone. She listened to my requests which doesn't always happen and she got into places I always wanted but no one hit them. The woman at the front desk was informative and friendly, and my wax specialist Charlotte was very nice. She brought me back and got everything explained and prepped really speedily (I don't know if she just likes to speak fast or if she really was trying to fly through everything) but that was fine with me. She was friendly and made the situation feel casual and comfortable. The waxing didn't hurt too bad either, so that was a welcome relief. They have wax plans you can sign up for to save money if you're planning on going regularly. But as I wanted to see how I liked the results and how my skin did etc, I turned that offer down and was not pressured at all to do differently. So, free wax, no strings! She is someone who is super easy to talk to and someone whose expertise I trust. I'm new to getting eyelash extensions and I never knew how much goes into getting a good result. (For instance, she keeps an eye on the humidity of the room - who would have thought?) I also remember I had to get a headshot and she recommended dermaplaning to help make my makeup look more smooth and even (worked so well). In terms of facials, my face is literally glowing for days after an appointment. At times I can be wary of medical spas and skincare services because I feel like they want to push products to clients, but Charlotte has truly never made me feel that way. She recommends things that would be beneficial to my skin (most recently she clued me into a sale of a really nice herbal face wash at Target because I felt Cerave was making my face too oily). I recently went to Imagine Esthetics. The suites it is located in are really cute. When I walked in, it was so cool to see the other businesses around. For me personally, it feels great to be able to support small businesses and entrepreneurs. The treatment room itself is nicely decorated and very comfortable.
