The procedure would take of 4-5 treatments before her work was finished. She spent several minutes showing me various shades of pink letting me see each one so that I was confident of my choice. She took a photo and began, putting on exam gloves, headlamp and meticulously tatooed the outline that we had agreed to in advance. She numbed my lips and chatted while we waited for it to work. Besides being professional about the application, she was very concerned for my discomfort (numbing lips can't entirely remove the pain of needles on skin). Clearly, she understood that aside from repeated applications necessary for permanent lip outline, she cared about my comfort. There were no surprises whatsoever, a few times I looked back over the info and even pictures she supplied preparing you on what to expect, I had not one question for it is ALL given to you! I have just completed my perfecting session a few days ago, and I can't wait for my whole healing process to be finished. For I want to see the final full beautiful brows I know I have now!! I can not begin to fully describe the level of professionalism Morgan has, her amazing natural talents, the superior skill in her trade, and top notch customer service with remarkable bedside manner!! It was easy to book an appt on their website and I was sent a reminder and also given friendly service when I called in with questions about my appt. I was greeted warmly upon entering, and the whole appt went smoothly with Ruby. I was there for a Brazilian and was almost 9 months pregnant, so pleasant isn't probably the word to describe things, but Ruby did a great job. The place is super cute and the rooms are nice and cozy, clean and calming. They don't feel sterile and cold but you can tell they're taking all the right sanitary measures.
