Online it said the pedicure came with a clay mask but that didn't happen. My toes look okay, there are some spots missing where polish should be. For the price and up charge for quick drying nail polish I feel like it wasn't worth it. I would try a massage there as that has been recommended to me by many people but the pedicure was not worth the price.

I tried The Well Room and it was a beautiful location and setup with very friendly staff. I noticed that during the spray, the lady only did one layer. She did not do a through job. She patted me down and assured me that the blotches would come off with my rinse 8 hours later. My first comment is that I selected the darkest shade and it is definitely not standard "dark" more like a medium. My tan is very splotchy. I'm really disappointed as I paid a more premium price for this service and it looks like I self tanned.

I've been meaning to update my review and I'm finally getting around to it. At Last is cool on a…read morecolor niche kind of way, but overly-expensive. They charged me for the 30-45 min. consultation in addition to my color. The team here is super-friendly but my colorist was new, I think. I ended up going to Salon 730 in F burg and my new colorist showed me all the places in the back of my hair that the colorist at At Last missed. Honestly, I went in with a funky, ombre-hair-color-thing going-on and they fixed it. But it was a bill of about $325. I've NEVER paid that much in my life. After seeing the back of my hair, and paying normal prices elsewhere, I felt totally taken advantage of. Never again. A good experience with a friendly staff but the prices are gouging!

Check-in was organized and Dana offered me a drink. I had my hair cut by Lori, who is also the salon owner. In short-she's awesome. As soon as I pulled my hair out of its bun-mess, she knew the problem. Lori gave me a beautiful face-framing cut that works with my curls. I love it. Why couldn't my guy at home deliver that? My only regret is that I can't fit color into this trip too. Price was completely reasonable for the time and skill; a bargain even. Of course, I may be jaded by DC prices. Folks-invest in the hair, you see it multiple times a day! Lori and Dana-you were the best. Thanks for fitting me in. I wish you were closer to DC, you'd be my new go-to place.

It was also nice to get a free Benefit sample with my waxing. I'm a sucker for freebies. I liked the Benefit mapping technique, and although this wax is more than 2x the cost of getting my brows waxed at a nail salon, I felt like the job was at least 2x as good. My brows are even, well shaped, and look totally natural. I also didn't notice any stray hairs anywhere or anything to correct when I was showed them in the mirror, which I'm not sure has happened before.

As the was the very first time I have ever had my brows done, I was a bit nervous. Michelle was super friendly and professional. She did an amazing job and put all of my worries to rest. The service not only includes waxing but brow design as well. She asked if I'd like to have the full look, so I said sure, why not try it out. Like I said, this was my first time, so I was in shock at how dramatic my brows looked. Michelle could tell right away, so she scaled the look back, and I ended up loving my new brows! I highly recommend the Brow Bar at Ulta!

He was the only masseuse available for the time I needed, I didn't have a preference. Parking can be a little limited if looking for free, but there's 2 paid public parking lots on the other side of the railroad tracks which is only a short walk away. They had a walk-in that ran late so the room I was going to be was occupied so I had to wait about 15mins past my appointment time, but the receptionist was kind. There's a room that's in the lobby area, which was mine and I was nervous about how loud it would be because there was also work being done on the railroad tracks which are right next to the building. They quickly turned over the sheets when the appointment before me was over. The overall massage was good, Vincent had different techniques than what I was used to that helped with my trigger points. I'm not sure if he ran out of time though or if this was just his style but he didn't massage my arms or neck area when I was laying on my back. He did spend a long time on my back though which was helpful because that's where most of my tension was. I also liked that he didn't do the exact same thing on each side, it felt truly customized to where my tension was and what my body needed. He used hot towels too, which were a nice touch to help relax my muscles. He also provided me some neck stretches I can do to help release tension. They have a lot of masseuses to choose from both women and men. Overall, I enjoyed my massage!
