I was skeptical with a 6:30PM appointment when they close at 7pm, thinking that I would be rushed and that it would be poor quality since I was the last appointment of the day. Boy was I wrong, from the moment I walked in and was greeted, to getting my hair washed (which I still think is the best part of getting your haircut!) to meeting Haley and getting my fresh new style, the whole experience was great! Both Kim and Vivi were absolutely lovely - kind, skilled, gentle, and really listened to what I wanted. The salon itself is clean and comfy with a great polish selection (including OPI gel). Be aware the actual service takes a bit more time than you may be used to (nothing crazy, maybe 10 minutes more) because staff really want to do a great job for you.
