Instead of having to read all the menu of a sandwiches, I just fill out one of their make your own sandwich. You add your size of your wrap. Hot or cold, meat, and cheese. Then all the toppings. So you get your own sandwich that you love! I even liked their tuna salad. And be sure and get a cookie. I couldn't have a cookie cause they didn't have any gluten-free. WHAT I ORDERED vs WHAT I GOT @ ROLY POLY in Bloomington, IN. Freakin ridiculous. I was extremely hungry and still very hungry after I ate it. It was paper thin, lighter than a pancake, hardly anything in it at all. I went out to my car to eat and was beside myself in shock when I took it out of the bag. I literally said out loud, "What is this?" I couldn't believe it. It already took a very long to make and I had only 15 min left of my lunch break to eat and drive back to work so had no time to complain about it. I will be taking these photos into the store next time I work in Bloomington. Utterly ridiculous and this was $7.99 plus tax!! It was like 6in long and about maybe 3-4 in wide and paper thin! And NO, I didn't ask to hold any toppings. I asked AS IS on the menu. That place is a JOKE. I will be writing reviews on this all over. I don't recommend Roly Poly unless you want a toddler size meal and desire to pay a lot for it. read more

Love their sandwiches, esp. the hot pressed chicken #52. But they need to update the website with correct hours. It states they are open on Sat. until 3. I went there and they were closed. Very disappointed. The sign in the window shows closed weekends, but website does not reflect that. Only says they are closed on Sundays. read more

I was in Bloomington for a few days and I decided to try this place on my last day there. I was optimistic because it had good reviews and I was not disappointed. The staff was really nice and helpful and really made it a point to help me decide what kind of wrap to get. I ended up getting two of the specials to try; a jerk chicken wrap and a spicy bbq chicken (I can't remember the actual names). I told them it was my first time trying the place and they gave me a free cookie. I decided in chocolate chip and it was really good. The sandwiches also come with dipping sauces which I love because I'm a condiment connoisseur lol. They also have sides but I opted out of those since I got two sandwiches. There is seating on the inside but kind of a small place so I probably wouldn't eat there but at least it's an option. Overall , if I am ever in the Bloomington area I would go back. read more

I used Roly Poly recently for a large luncheon and everything was perfect. All 12 of the trays, 3 salads and 3 trays of cookies were 100% accurate. Everything was delicious - those being served enjoyed the variety and were very pleased with the quality of the food. Mitchell was very responsive leading up to the event and delivered everything perfectly. The food was on time and the order was accurate and complete. This review is of the Bloomington, IN W 3rd Street location. I had a BOGO coupon for any sandwich valid until 12/31/22. I stopped in today and ordered two identical sandwiches. Price for each was $8.75. The cashier (who may now be the new owner) gives me a total of $10.53. I asked why so high. She informs me that I'm only getting $7.75 for the second sandwich even though the coupon says BOGO free, not BOGO for $1. When I asked why I wasn't getting the full menu price off, she responded that was the decision they decided on since they weren't going to do those coupons in the future and need the additional profit. I ordered delivery for work, I had a quick lunch break and desperately needed a pick me up from not eating breakfast! This place was absolutely amazing and so quick! Finally came in this place for the first time. I was greeted by the owner who was super friendly. He had a chance to tell me that they deliver in town during certain hours with no delivery fee. I decided to stop after a meeting one day, & I found it to be the fresh and tasty pick me up that I needed to get through the day. The owner, Tom, was working the counter and gave me a friendly intro to ordering from their menu. He was even willing to throw together any of their ingredients that I requested to make a custom order for me. The dining area is small (which he commented that he wished was bigger), but this place is not in a high traffic area of IU students so I don't see it getting super slammed with dine in customers. Their wraps are fresh and crisp and made quickly. (Roly Poly= wraps & salads) A wonderful alternative to fast food if you're in a hurry but don't want something processed. I am always trying to find healthy quick stops, & this little place is a hidden gem. He also mentioned that complimentary delivery was offered during lunch hours (please tip though). I must say the customer service is just outstanding and the owner is a plus . I stopped here after my dentist appointment not to mention I was always curious about this place so I said I will check them out and I must I was about to turn around when she mention everything is wrap in tortilla but I she was so nice and convincing I gave it a try and I'm glad I did cause it was worth the $9 I spent me and my son loved the sandwich I think we got the #59 and got a free cookie with it for being a new customer but we will be returning tomorrow for more. We stopped in on the way to the Indianapolis Airport as first time customers. We were greeted by the owner who immediately gave my crying two year old daughter a bag of goldfish as well as cookies for her and my wife. I eat here at least twice a week for lunch. They have a large menu of wraps and salads. Sometimes it takes a little long to get your order so I recommend ordering online or calling your order in if you are in a hurry especially if you want your order to go since there is a very small area for waiting. They have a rewards program you can join as well. My favorites are the wraps from the hot menu. They are slightly toasted and delicious. I haven't had anything I haven't liked yet. My favorite is number #52 Hickory Chicken. I'm a dipper so I love that most sandwiches come with a side of ranch, salsa or honey mustard. read more

I have never ever felt compelled to write a review for any business until today. When I first walked in, I was immediately greeted by who I presume was the owner. He was so friendly and helped me navigate the giant menu. As an indecisive person, a big menu is normally overwhelming, but he helped me quickly pick out something by walking me through the menu. The wrap was delicious and it was substantial enough that I only ate half and could save the other half for leftovers. I will definitely be back here again! Bought lunch from here for the family of 4. Love that you can create your own and all of the wraps were really good with the exception of my wife's who said her's was not heated through internally. I am always happy when I find a gem like Roly Poly. The entire experience is outstanding. From the warm welcome, to the delicious menu that is made wen you order (no pre-made sandwich's here so you may have to wait awhile for your order, but the ingredients are top shelf and soooo fresh). It may be a small seating area, but I have never been in a bad restaurant that is so clean, this included the restroom which was so clean that it sparkled.
