I've had cars, trucks, SUVs, motorcycles and even boats throughout my life, and sadly, I've needed work done from time to time, but JADI has been the best shop hands down that I've worked with from Malibu, to Texas, to Chicago, New York, the Carolinas, Ohio, and more (I've lived all over). They go above and beyond every time, are thorough with their work, will fight the insurance companies if need be, and ultimately deliver a finished product that I believe is better than the big car shops that like to position themselves as the best. Bigger is not always better and JADI proves that time and again. I hope I never need an auto body shop again, but in the likelihood that I do, as long as I'm within 40-50 miles of JADI, the cars will always go here. Oh, and I've had my BMWs there as well as my high end 911's, and the work has always stood up well, both on the street and the track. This shop is the best!!

They fixed the bumper and, in the process, they damaged the front hood of my car because they were negligent and touched it up with a very bad paint job. The rest of his comments are also not true and extremely arrogant. That only shows his character.

When i checked the car in Florida I found out that truck description posted on eBay not matching with the car like 350 miles for charge, original 314 miles, power hard cover on the back, original no cover? I sat down in the office with Kenny and Chris. Their explanation was they did that by mistake by copying and pasting from another car, but they didn't want to take any responsibility for that?? I decided to take the car. The car was delivered from Florida to New York without any inspection: Broken mirror, no charger, errors on the screen, tire pressure monitor not working, because tires and rims after the market, the car going on left on the highway. 1st day driving and making turn i herd very load noise under the car in the front? I stopped and found out the tires and rims on the both sides touching and rubbing the parts on the front..... I scheduled an appointment with GMC dealer service in Queens. Was very hard to take it in because of the damage from the tires after market. I call them back for the situation, they ask me to remove the reviews from the websites and they will have there service department to take care everything, they will pay and fix the problems. They emailed me and asked me to take the car in Long Island service place to check and fix the problems with tires and rims. The service owner came up with the solution to fix that and requesting not to drive the car until the problem is fixed. They send the estimate in SOFLO Customs and they did not respond. Kenny from SOFLO called me saying he is not going to pay anything to fix the problems?? Yesterday i received from them a used and broken charger? I pay over $100,000.00 for the car. To be able to use the car i have to pay the expenses myself to fix it. I will have to get a lawyer involved and to make them responsible. I trusted that place because it looks good, so many beautiful after market cars. If you want to do business with them very careful, scammers and liars in that place??? I was not able to get to the owner of this place but I hope the owner will read this review.....!?

    First off, I want to start by saying how truly disappointed I am with the work that I received from…read morethis shop, Soflo Concepts. I expected better since I had came before for small work, but I guess they cant handle bigger things. I feel as though I was completely taken advantage of and ripped off. I pursued a refund and was declined twice. I deserve most of my money back. I now have to spend more money to fix the damages that this shop created. They also made me false promises to how certain things on my car were going to look like. Instead, they also just did whatever they wanted without even asking me if that's what I wanted, and if it was okay to do so. Below I have listed all the damages and where they have occurred on my vehicle. And I posted pictures of the damages. My car is originally yellow, and was wrapped in this Gloss White. 1. So when it came to wrapped my door handles. They did a very poor job. They left all the inside of the handle in yellow. I don't understand how someone would think its even okay to leave the door handles so badly wrapped and looking like that. You can even stand from a distance and notice the yellow. 2. My Front Bumper and Rear Bumper were not fully wrapped, and were painted in black without even asking if I wanted to do that. And Bryan the owner said if I wanted the inside of the bumpers wrapped, it was going to be extra. Which is absurd because that's still part of the bumper. And that was never mentioned to me from the beginning. And on top of that, they did a horrible job there is still a lot of yellow that is very noticeable. Even the front bumper Lip is poorly wrapped. And I had told them several times about the Lip being poorly wrapped, and they did nothing about it. 3. My fender wells were damaged when they took them off to wrap the car. Both fender wells were cracked in the same spot, and on the bottom area. I had missing clips and screws. And in the inside of the door handles, there are suppose to be 2 screws on each side. Well that's not the case for my driver door, as it is missing 1 screw. Its to many of these missing screws. It's obvious they cant put things back together properly and with care. 4. The way they wrapped my mirrors was an absolute joke. Just like my door handles. The inside of my mirrors were left yellow at first. Then when I took my car to them they said they were going to "fix them", they just sprayed them with white plasti dip. And now its even peeling off and you see the yellow, It looks very bad and unprofessional. And on the bottom of the mirrors they left a lot of areas unwrapped and of course you see the yellow popping out saying hello. 5. When they took off my side marker turn signal blinkers for my car, they broke the clip that makes it stay still. was lucky that I had an extra one. I said to myself not to make a big deal about it since I had the extra one, but I was to nice to them. And now im making sure to say everything about all the things they messed up on my car, because it's absolutely outrages how many things they broke on my car. 6. On the driver side window, the tint was scratched on the bottom side, because apparently they forgot and left a lose screw in the inside of my window. When I went to roll my window up, it made a bad scratching sound. So my window tint was messed up, and they didn't even bother to say anything about it like nothing happened. Now I have to go out of my way to get my window tinted, and spend money on something that shouldn't of happened and clearly their fault. 7. When it came to decide on the color of the calipers, I was very specific on the color I wanted. I had asked for a very LIGHT specific Gold with a shiny sparkle. Instead its like I got the opposite. It was a darker Gold, and it was flat not sparkling at all. I had sent him a picture of what I wanted, and he replied and told me "that's what we'll do then". And its clearly not what I had asked for. I had discuss this both in person and in messages with Bryan. Its like they just did whatever was easier and faster for them. 8. As well as everything else being sloppy, they got my doors, wipers, windows, windshield molding, and the windshield itself covered in white plasti dip. They didn't even bother to clean it off. It was left like that, my car had white speckles all over. 9. And lastly, before I had taken my car to them. Everything on my car was working fine. When I got it back, my passenger window was not working anymore. Now it does not go up or down anymore. Also, my doors would auto lock themselves when the key was in ignition. Now they don't. As well as opening opening themselves when taking the key off. Now they do not open automatically either. In the end, coming here was the worst mistake I ever did. They lied to me, and they did whatever they wanted. And broke stuff off my car. Now I have to spend more money to fix the issues. I wouldn't recommend anybody coming to this shop.

    While we continued to take our Saab here until we traded it for an Audi, I'm updating this review…read moreand knocking it down 1 star. (It should really be more like a 3.5 review now.) While Mitchell is very knowledgeable about cars, his workmanship is commendable, and his pricing is fair, I just cannot in good faith keep my 5-star review here without updating the most recent events. The last several appointments over the last year have been met with flakiness, i.e. he's not there when he says he'll be there (so we've completely messed up our work schedules as a result), or he just simply doesn't respond to emails, texts, or voice mails. As a customer, I get it that "stuff happens", but it's become a trend over the last few appointments. All that is needed is some communication. When we simply needed a quote on a factory scheduled service, we kept having to hound and hound and hound to get a response, and when he says he'll call back, he doesn't. Again, a communication issue. Just this morning, we had another 8am appointment, and he didn't show up. My husband tried every method possible to reach him. We left our car there and put the key in the slot. We JUST heard back from him at 9:58am this morning! Our schedules are now whacked again and we just don't have the flexibility to wait around for him to arrive to his shop. If something came up, which we found out did, he should have communicated in advance that he'd have to cancel our appointment. If you can be really flexible with your time, Mitchell is a good guy and will take good care of your car. Unfortunately, my husband and I can't always be as flexible as it appears Mitchell needs us to be. :( Whatever has caused his poor communication over the last several months...well, hopefully he can figure it out and again deliver the service we received the first couple of years we brought our cars to him.

Mitchell Isadore runs a clean, welcoming shop near Pineapple Grove (a charming area of old Delray Beach) and refuses to compromise on quality. If you want a mechanic who knows his high-end cars and will give you the facts about the condition of what's under the hood, see him. You'll be impressed, as are others here. And you'll especially be happy that you went to him since he's very reasonable, too. One of Delray Beaches true gems!

    AVOID THE COCONUT CREEK AND BOCA RATON FRANCHISE LOCATIONS:…read more I'm leaving a one star review because the franchise owner is truly off his rocker. I had service performed at the Boca Raton location including XPEL PF, Tint, Blackvue Dashcam, and Ceramic coating on two new luxury vehicles. Overall, I was satisfied with the service and products provided. Two days later I noticed a large bubble in the PF along a curve in the bumper, called the location and was asked to bring it by. Upon visualizing the vehicle at the Boca Raton location, the technician insisted that the PF needed to be re-cut and re-applied to the entire bumper. They explained that the employee who applied the PF lived in Tampa (hundreds of miles away) and he would contact us shortly when the technician was going to be in town to get the vehicle scheduled for repair. Over the next month and a half, where I contacted them weekly, they only returned my call once to schedule me (late on a Tuesday evening and I returned their call promptly on Thursday morning). Unfortunately, I was told the installer was no longer in the area. Finally, after more phone calls, the local technicians "escalated" us to the franchise owners. The franchise owners DEMANDED pictures of the bubbled PF, VIN number of vehicle and lots of other information that had already been provided to the BOCA RATON location where the work had been performed. All this information was also available on their original estimate and invoice. After providing this information multiple times, I was finally told that they would fix the vehicle but only if I traveled to the COCONUT CREEK location on a date of their choosing. After dropping off my car to the COCONUT CREEK location (significantly further from my home), I returned to pick it up 3 days later. Upon entering the shop, my wife and I were verbally accosted by the owner, and berated for apparently mentioning to his wife that their customer service was not up to our expectations (returning phone calls). He proceeded to seethe and scream at us for 10 minutes while we patiently just repeatedly requested that he return our car. Even as we walked out the door, he was still threateningly screaming at us. This franchisee obviously has some serious anger issues (read the many other similar reviews posted here) and I would encourage others NOT to interact with him in fear that he may turn physically violent. To be clear we never expected, received, nor asked for any discount, rebate or free product.
