So, they took advantage of a young woman and even tried to press her to have other things done to the vehicle that were not necessary. If I can leave zero stars I would. I've been taking my car here a few times and every time I'd leave, something else would always come up wrong. I drive a Maserati not a cheap car, last time I brought my car in for the same problem twice within a short time frame from each other. On the third time I called their office pissed off as hell because they charged me for labor every time and I asked the owner, you guys are such high rated place how the fuck can you guys not fix the little problem from one time and he gave me excuses every time, as a customer I was pissed and said fuck few times, not at anyone specific but in my conversation, the owner of the company instead of fixing the issue starts cussing at me "if you want me to fucking fix your car" the moment he said that I ended the call and took my car to another shop. The problem was not fixed by Euromotive performance, they kept lying to me telling me the tubes for my windshield wiper were clogged (right after they supposedly put brand new ones in and I don't use the wiper fluid often at all) they put brand new ones in on my first visit, month on a half later my wiper fluid wouldn't come out they said it must be clogged,, they "declogged" them on my second visit and charged me for it, couple days later stopped working again and Dwayne tried to tell me they are probably clogged again and need replacement ,. They were brand new. The new shop I took them to said they were ripped or cut. So thank you Dwayne for your lies and cussing at your customer. Worst shop ever! read more

Euromotive are crooks! Allow me to explain my experience: I called Euromotive looking for a quote on a brake job. I spoke with Christina over the phone who said they do not give quotes out over the phone. She said I have to bring the car in to drop it off for a diagnosis and that they won't have a quote for me until the end of the day. This is obviously inconvenient to be without a car just to get a quote, but nonetheless I agreed to drop it off. I dropped it off at 9:30 and didn't hear back until 4:00. The quote came in higher then a couple other shops in the area so I told them I would hold off on the brake job and pickup my car the next day. The next day I arrive to pickup my car and Christina hands me a bill for $155. So I asked what this was about and she said this is our charge for diagnosing your car. I told her I was never made aware of any charge and am not paying it. She immediately got defensive and said she definitely told me about the charge, which I know for a fact she didn't because I would have never agreed to that. So then she gets the owner Duwayne, who comes storming in telling me that I was definitely told about the charge and essentially calling me a liar. I asked him how he could be so sure I was told about the charge since he wasn't the one who had the phone conversation with me. Then he says to me in a sarcastic tone, "what'd you think was gonna happen? We weren't going to charge you??". Then he calls me a horrible vehicle owner! So now here's the kicker to the story: my fiancé calls and says she needs a brake job, she schedules an appointment to bring it in. She said is there a charge for a quote? And Christina says, "no there's no charge for a quote come bring it in". This is confirmation that I wasn't told about any charge for a quote. Euromotive will say that I got charged because I had a "diagnosis" done on my car. Which is fine if they had notified me about the charge ahead of time, but they didn't. They totally scammed me and would have done the same thing to my fiancé. Told her the quote was free but then ran a "diagnosis" on the car and then charged for it. In summary, besides the fact that I was scammed and lied to. This was the worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my 35 years! As an out-of-state buyer buying a car located in Florida from Michigan during the COVID-19 crisis, I put full faith in Duwayne Hughes and his team at Euromotive to inspect a Porsche 991 I ultimately ended up purchasing. Before the start of the PPI, I Implored Duwayne to be thorough with the cosmetic and mechanical condition, as I was purchasing the vehicle sight-unseen and having it shipped given the difficulties around flying cross-country in June '20 with the virus proliferating across the country. The only thing that Duwayne noted in his reviews w/r/t cosmetics were 'scratches' on the bumper and repair on wheels (see photo in this deck from his write-up -- link to photos below) which I was fine with, but when the vehicle finally arrived, I was shocked to find significant creasing / damage across the front bumper (see photos in section 2). When I inquired about the damage to Duwayne, what I was told is that he is fastidious around cars and as such would have caught it if the damage was there. Looking at the original listing photos provided by the dealership, what I had initially thought were reflections from the lighting in the ceiling turned out to be pretty significant bumper damage when seen in person -- big enough that it'd be incredibly difficult to miss even in the most hurried of inspections. Even the selling dealership admitted to the damage after I showed them the comparative photos (see attached) and paid out a partial sum to go towards a new bumper, so I was incredulous when Duwayne continuously denied that the damage existed when he was reviewing the vehicle. Just talking from a timeline chronology perspective, if the damage was there in photos from the dealership (which the selling dealership admitted they had missed and issued a check to cover part of damages) and it was present at delivery, the question becomes: how could it have disappeared during inspection? Duwayne insisted the silhouette of damage in the photo is due to lighting (see snapshot of email), but I encourage everyone reading this to review themselves and make their own conclusions. Given that the CarFax showed no accidents, and the dealership photos (in isolation without having looked at the car physically) didn't indicate any issues, I purchased the vehicle. I would not have purchased the vehicle had I known about the issues. Now am I not only out thousands for bumper cover replacement, I've also taken a hit on the vehicle value given the bumper replacement required. I am attaching the same documentation I provided to Duwayne for everyone reading this to also review and make their own informed opinions. I was hearing a clicking noise in my passenger rear quarter panel and I couldn't figure out what it was. Then again I don't claim to be a master mechanic (and have 3 in the shop) so I decided to take my M3 in to Euromotive performance for them to help me. They did the opposite. I received a call saying to come pick up my baby(M3) that she was driving great . Immediately upon getting my car back, there the noise was. My problem was NOT fixed and I had already been charged $2300 for Nothing ( they said they changed a part on my car but couldn't produce the old one). I went right right back into the shop and told them, they looked at it for 15mins and told me to set another appointment lol. I set an appointment for the following week then received a text saying (in pics) I had to wait another week. After waiting for 3 weeks and after I paid, I returned to the shop for them only to tell me they don't know what the noise is. it could be something else and asked me how much I wanted to spend? I told him (duwayne) I already paid $2300 and my problem wasn't resolved. He then said he could NOT help me with what's wrong with my car. I assume everything is fine with my brakes and oil change. Still not sure why my back tires were inflated to 50 psi. My issue is with the owner. He will over quote and was offended I sent his quote to the dealer ship (I was fair and blacked out his price). I let him know the brake job was well priced but he was over on the service charge. As I was letting him know that he was more than the dealer in this area of the quote and he cut me off and said bottom price $xxxx.xx. I said sure text me that and go ahead and do the work. The text never came and a quote came in over through email that I never opened (my fault clearly) the next day. I come in to pick up my car, see it doesn't sound right and then asked him. He said he didn't add the $100 diagnosis charge over the phone. The nice lady up front told me this diagnosis fee is not applied when I dropped my car off. Rather than just take off the fee and honor your employees either mistake or your slide of hand to make up some fees, he goes on a rant. I said no problem, I'm in a hurry, I'll just pay it but for sure I told him to be a man of his word and "all in price" was a terrible business tactic. He then goes on and on and on to say, "you don't want my guys to get paid?" And "I gave you a great price" and "you own a Maserati and you're upset about a $100?" My refute to all these... pay your guys or don't take a project you can't pay them for. The dealership gave me a "great" price, you decided to match it. And yes I own a Maserati and upset about someone sneaking in a fee who would have been a loyal customer that just shelled out almost 4K for brakes and an oil change. Thanks for refunding the $100 after I left, you didn't calculate the tax of that though so you probably got an extra $7 out of me. The whole experience was fine, except that when you bring up dollars and cents, there is no salesmanship, just used car salesman like feel and even guilt tripping. If you really don't pay your guys when you charge $160 an hour, then I hope you get reported and fined by your workers. If it's all fluff, and you being upset about $100, just stick to word next time. Hope you felt like the bigger man by finally honoring after throwing a temper tantrum and saying I don't care about your workers. I employ 300 plus people in the US and if I make a mistake, it comes out of my pocket, not theirs. Responding to your response... it wasn't 30% less than the dealer! I Took My Car 2016 Mercedes Benz Convertible to Euromotive Performance after taking it to the local MB dealer for repair of the top but was told I had to wait for service. I was referred to Euromotive Performance to repair the top They said they would repair the car for $400. So I agreed to have them repair the car, after several days they called me and said everything was ok but that I needed other services which I declined because I had the same services done elsewhere recently. I paid them and to my surprise the top stopped working again. I returned the car for adjustments and they said no problem the top had to be re- calibrated so I paid another $400+. One day later the top stopped working again so I took it back. They looked at it again and said they would have to re diagnose the issue and charge me another $400 . I reluctantly paid because I just wanted to get my car away from these crooks. I was told that the owner would call me to help and rectify the issue , He never called!! Needless to say I had to take it to a reputable dealer for the proper repairs. My top is working perfectly and I only paid $200 I would not take my wheel barrel to be repaired by these arrogant idiots, they just tried to run up my bill and could not repair simple convertible top!!! read more

Today I brought one of the vehicles for oil change. While dropping it off I asked Dwain about an issue I have with one of my other cars. To my surpise, I was called "cheap" and then was refused oil change on the vehicle I brought in because "they are a certified shop and will only do full service". This was a new "inexpensive" place I chose to do my spark plugs because they were cheaper than the dealership, but still master qualified on working with my BMW. So I trusted them. First impressions, the owner Duwayne and his crew keeps the shop very clean and organized, it was amazing to me since that's exactly what I look for out of places like this. The owner told me the job would be done in 1 hour and a half, which was exactly what I've waited. Now I give this place 4 out of 5 stars for something small, but to me.. it bothered me. Once the mechanic finished working on my car, there was another car parked in the way of mine to let my car out, while the mechanic sat in my car waiting for the other car to be moved, he kept Revving the engine like he's about to race it. He did that for a good minute or so... and that REALLY bothered me. Lastly, the mechanic came in to the office to give the keys to the front desk person and didn't even acknowledge me, or say anything to me about my car... so much for them being friendly. Now I will not knock the work done. My car felt great once my spark plugs were changed out, but those little details is what bothered me and kept me from giving a 5 star review. *Update* The owner reached out to me personally and apologized for what's happened. I went to Euromotive Performance starting on 01/05/2022 to get maintenance done and parts custom painted on my car for a show I was attending coming up on 02/18 bmwinvasion. They went ahead and did the maintenance and custom repainted the brakes, heads and they looked great! I was so happy with the car but then a couple of days later I looked on the floor of my garage and the car was leaking. It was NEVER leaking before they did the maintenance and custom work on my car so I called them and they told me to bring the car back in, So I do that. They called me back a day later and told me the engine was leaking from the drain plug, I was the last person to change the oil and they told me I did not torque the plug down right. I used a torque wrench and torqued it to factory specifications so I was suspicious after that, but they did such nice work on my brakes and heads so I believed them and told them okay, they put new oil and drain plug and told me to come pick it up. I drive home and go to work the next day. I looked on the floor to make sure it was not leaking anymore and it still was after they charged me to redo the oil and blamed the drain plug. So now I'm pretty suspicious of them. I call them and ask why it is still leaking? So they have me bring the car back again. Now it is the transmission leaking. They said they replaced the seals and refilled the transmission fluid. They took a few days and now we are getting close to the car meet (bmwinvasion) I wanted to have the car ready for. And they got it done that Thursday 02/17. When I picked up the car all of the sudden now there is this piece of my passenger side fender that was chipped either by the shop or the towing company that towed my car to them and they had my car with that broken fender and never thought to call or tell me. Of course it was not them they assured me. So despite that I still go to the show. Monday 02/21 after the show. I checked the floor of my garage and it is still leaking! I called at that point and said okay guys this is getting a little ridiculous at this point. I also asked how much it would be to have that fender repaired and also started a claim with my insurance for that chip. So they have the car again for days and now say the transmission is leaking again and it needs to be rebuilt. I approved of them getting the transmission rebuilt but then they test drove my car 03/11/2022 and got into an accident one block away and my car was totaled. Despite that they charged me for the transmission and hours they had spent working on it. I could not believe that this shop was that cheap. I didn't even get to drive the car yet I was charged. So I just wanted to point this out to other people and enthusiasts. I would not trust this shop to do work on your car that you work very hard for and take care of. Peace. read more

While I did pay the full amount, as a woman I felt my intelligence was insulted.
