I purchase a vehicle from the Roger Beasley dealership on Burnet and and pleased with the vehicle I purchased. I'm also very pleased with the service I received the day I purchased this vehicle. Overall I've had a few minor things pop up mechanically with the car but all is resolved and the car is great. I purchased this car not long ago at all and today when driving with my newborn I got a flat tire. Immediately I pulled over Pop My trunk and check to see if I had a spare in which I did so I proceed to start moving stuff in the trunk around to get the tire out and upon doing so I noticed there's a huge hole and I'm saying huge as in the size of a baseball on the spare tire. Not good. I contact Rodger Beasley where I purchased the vehicle and they advised me that I need to contact there roadside assistance company and they will send someone out to assist. So I call their roadside assistance company and it's an automated system which is unbelievably hard to navigate through and there's no option to speak with the representative at all. After 20 minutes of pushing buttons I finally am able to get to a representative who advises me she can send a tow truck now and have the car taken to the nearest repair shop. I agreed we disconnected and not 10 minutes later I get a call back from the same lady stating the services we set up to have the vehicle towed and repaired or not covered under my plan therefore would I like to pay out of pocket for these services? I just purchased this car though and I feel as if the spare tire should have been checked and replaced if needed before I purchased the vehicle from the dealership. Now I'm stuck on the side of the road with my newborn and no way to get a tire. I don't think me paying for a tow is fair given if I had a spare tire and good working condition I wouldn't be dealing with the situation right now. Rodger Beasley States it's out of their hands there's nothing they can do with and it's not something that they check or are required to check at the time of cell. I kind of feel like that's not a good answer given it's my safety that's on the line and not only is it cold and rainy but I have my newborn in a very high traffic area with tons of homeless people surrounding me. I'm not pleased with this service read more

I purchased my vehicle here 3 days ago. It was about as easy as it gets. I searched numerous manufacturers and drove many vehicles. I fell in love with the Mazda. Other manufacturers had substantial rebates but once compared to the Mazda they were "lacking" in many regards. I'd have to upgrade to a higher level to find something comparable, so this negated the "rebates" savings. My salesman was very knowledgeable and pointed out the features (even though I already discovered them online). He was very personable with zero pressure. After my test drive I knew I found the vehicle I wanted but wasn't certain I'd get the amount I needed for my trade-in as I had negative equity. After a conversation with the salesman and finance individual I was presented with an offer that I had to review. After a few days of negotiations (which was leisurely and only presented as a matter-of-fact, never confrontational) I was offered a very fair amount for my trade in and a substantial discount off MSRP (for a new model year). I accepted the offer and submitted the financing documents (for a very favorable interest rate). I received a call regarding the financing; they requested a meeting to review. At this point I assumed they had me hooked and were getting ready to jack up the rate..."sorry you don't meet our OAC criteria". I wasn't overly concerned as my credit union had similar (but slightly higher) rates and I was already approved through them. At a minimum I assumed I had a hassle waiting for me. My financial meeting just involved providing a final payoff quote for my trade-in and insurance information. My salesman indicated that he'd have the temporary plates ready after I meet with the financial manager. The financial individual indicated that the financing was all approved at the rate advertised. They proposed the obligatory extended warranty and maintenance plans. It seemed interesting but after i explained that I couldn't go beyond the dollar point I already agreed upon they finalized the documents for me. It was a sales pitch...but again, zero pressure and only presented as an option. I didn't expect to drive a new car home...but I did. It was smooth and easy. read more

I cannot believe I had such a wonderful experience buying an almost new car at Roger Beasley Mazda Central. This is the first time that I have bought a car from a dealer and I am in my 50's. I've avoided them in the past because I hate all the BS. My old Mazda CX-9 was in the shop at the dealer and while I was waiting, Isaac Eason showed me some of the newer CX-5's. I wasn't planning on buying a car but I did. I explained to Isaac that I couldn't afford much more on monthly payments than I was still paying in my 2008 CX-9. Anyway, he didn't try to sell me a new car with all the bells and whistles. Instead, he showed me some gently used cars that would fit my budget and suggested ways to save money. I had all the bells and whistles on my CX-9 and could give up some of them (don't need heated seats in Austin) but wanted the leather seats. He suggested just putting in the leather seats instead of going up to the Gran Touring which included everything but costs $3,000-4,000 more. I only had to pay $1,000 for the leather and got to choose my color - red! There was paint chipped off of the rear view mirror so I had to bring the car back to get it repaired and to put in the leather. Because of all the rain we had in early June, it actually took me almost a month to get both the leather and the chip repaired. I had to take in my car twice and both times I got a loaner that was the same model as mine. When I got my car back the second time, everything was perfect. They not only fixed the paint chip but also cleaned my car and filled my tank with gas. I was so impressed! Isaac did such a great job that I sent my dad to him and he bought a Mazda from him too. If you want great service, ask for Isaac! read more

A few months back I was relocated from Mexico to Austin, TX. I've been liking Mazda cars since about 9 years ago, so when I needed a car I looked directly at them. This dealership in particular was recommended by a lot people, two of them are friends of mine which actually had bought a car here. I went to Robert Graham (excellent salesman), one Friday just a few minutes before closing, he was willing to help me find the car that I wanted. I asked a lot of things since this was my first car ever, he gave me very clear answers so I came back the very next Saturday to test drive the Mazda 3 and the Mazda CX-5, both of them great cars by the way. I ended up driving a brand new CX-5! During all process I was never pushed to seal the deal, I like to point this out because there are some sales persons who really want to sell what they want and not what I (customer) want. This was not the case with me, Robert Graham is a polite, respectful, and honest sales professional. He really helped me drive the car that I wanted to drive. Even after the deal was sealed, he is still helping me out with few questions. I see something very important here, Robert and all the Roger Beasley Mazda team understand that the relationship with the customer does not end when we drive our new cars out of the parking lot, instead it is only the beginning. So far I have not had any problems with my CX-5, I'm very happy with it. The service department is great. When you take your car for a 5000 mile service you will be out in about 30 minutes! Overall this is a great dealership, you will never regret getting a Mazda from them. I really encourage you to visit them, test drive, and start living the Zoom-Zoom! read more

I thoroughly enjoyed my car buying experience at Roger Beasley! My father and I have been looking for a car for after some problems with our used, old cars. I'm a college student in South Austin and because this is Texas, I need a car to get around anywhere efficiently. We had been shopping around and my dad introduced the 2006 Honda Civic that we eventually purchased. So we went to check out the car, to see Sean. He was incredibly helpful and even though he didn't complete the sale, he was gracious and always helpful. Chan, our sales guy, apologized that the car hadn't been detailed and a part was needed, that they had ordered, same as Sean. We didn't care as much because we just wanted to see how it would run. Chan was incredibly helpful and helped us out the whole way, answering questions. When it came to the financing part, there was a bit of a wait and we needed to get my dad's pay stubs. They let us use their computer to sign him up for online pay stubs (his company had recently changed over and he wasn't signed up yet) so that they can have a copy. When we went to Kyle to the financing part, he was also very helpful, explaining all the steps and showing us all the best options. When I went to pick up the car, they were also very helpful, making sure I liked it and that it was to my standards. I'm excited to drive this car for a long time and I hope the service continues to excel at this location! read more

I had the opportunity to buy a used 2007 Mazda 6 from this dealership and since my Experience was such a GREAT ONE and VERY SMOOTH, when it was time for me to consider looking into trading my 2007 Mazda 6 and purchasing another vehicle, I remembered how well my experience was the first time. So....I said if its not broke don't fix it (LOL). I have referred other family members and friends to Roger Beasley Mazda Central and they too have had a GREAT EXPERIENCE. The 1st time I purchased a vehicle my interest rate was high, because of not enough credit. During the years of paying on the vehicle I found out that this go around my interest rate was lower than I could have ever imagined. YES YES YES!!!!They checked around and was very diligent in finding the best interest rate to fit my needs. I did not feel pressured to buy a car by any means and when it was all said and done....I decided on a 2014 Mazda 6 Grand Touring! I would recommend Roger Beasley Mazda Central to anyone looking to buy a Used or New Car. Kuddos to Joe -General Sales Manager who took very good care of me during the transaction! Can't forget about the Financial Dept, Service Dept and the rest of the Crew who stepped in and made me feel at home. And Dominique...the extra mile on returning my belongings in my old car....PRICELESS! Now its time to do some ZOOMING! ZOOM ZOOM ZOOM! read more

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I went in looking for a new car after hearing a few radio ads about 3160 off msrp on select models. When i arrived i asked about the models in question and test drove a few others. My salesman was Craig Allen, who's approach was perfect for me, he let me just drive off in the test vehicles and experience them how i normally would without someone trying to up sell features i wasn't interested in the whole time. When i returned they checked their inventory to find out the last 2014 cx-5 already had a deposit on it. So, instead of trying to sell me something different, they began searching other locations to find another of the same vehicle. Great customer service and fantastic communication (they actually call you back when they say they will) was the order of the day. After receiving a loan offer from my credit union that i didn't think was any good (4.99% apr), i called craig back and asked about the 2015 models with the 0% rate deal given by mazda. They worked with me and got me into a new 2015 the same day and instead of paying $5000 in interest to a lender, I was able to put that money into a newer, more feature rich, vehicle. A big thanks to everyone that i talked to and worked with on my deal. Fantastic dealership with great service, if i'm ever in the market for another mazda i will head here first. read more

I just bought my first new car ever, a 2016 Mazda MX-5 from this dealership. I had previously bought a used Mercedes there and received absolutely excellent service, so much so I wrote to the GM praising his team, and thus my expectations were very high. As a motor sport guy, I was eagerly anticipating this new model, and went in as early as the beginning of July to get info. I met a new young salesperson called John "Landry" Neely. He was instantly responsive to the fact he was working with a car enthusiast and tailored the conversation appropriately, and I'd assume he'd adapt with qual alacrity to other kidns of customers and their questions I ended up reviewing the build sheets for the cars RBM had pre-ordered, and then putting a deposit on one that was exactly the specs I wanted. Landry kept me informed by email as the car was built, shipped and arrived in the USA. I've had similarly excellent service in the past when buying parts for an old MX-5 I had, and in the service department and finance ... I took a loan RBM arranged loans for both cars over other finance choices. I thoroughly recommend these folks, and also Mazda products .... if you're not familiar with them, their cars have excellent engineering, good ergonomics unlike most Japanese brands, and the fit and finish is German quality. -- Dave read more

Love this place! As a first time car buyer I was pretty worried about getting approved let alone actually leaving with a car. I went into Rodger Beasley just because I had read great reviews on the Mazda3 and noticed they were running a great over. After setting up an appointment with Debbie, I was greeted by Landry outside when I parked. He got me setup with a test drive, and I fell in love immediately. During the drive he matched my personality level pretty well, gave me all the information I needed to know to feel comfortable with the vehicle, and never felt pushy. Needless to say it was easy to say yes to trying to get one, even though I had no intention on purchasing a vehicle that day. After meeting with the finance manager and talking about my credit, we waited some time but they found a credit union who approved me with a great rate! Somehow I was going home with a car in my price range, with an extended warranty, and GAP coverage! If you need a new vehicle and don't want to get ripped off or treated badly stop by Rodger Beasley. My brother recently purchase a Subaru from the Georgetown location and also has nothing but great things to say about the entire experience. Thanks again guys, oh and Mitchell for making this dream a reality! read more

Don't think I'm alone here, but buying a new car is not what I traditionally consider fun. I'd literally been putting it off for years. But, I just had such a great experience for a change that I felt obligated to post a genuine review. Joe McMaster and Trent McClure at Roger Beasley Mazda Central just made buying a new car a positive experience which I honestly did not think was possible. Joe displayed automotive savvy, a genuine interest in getting me the right car, and truly defined customer service. I mean he even gave me a lift to the airport at the last minute while my new car was getting accessorized. And Trent took the time to understand my budget constraints and worked hard to get me in a new car I really wanted and for a price I felt good about. These guys got the recipe right; they took care of the details, made the process painless and pleasant, and rightly earned my business. A sincere thank you to the team at Roger Beasley Mazda Central for providing a great car buying experience. If you are like me previously and don't believe buying a new car can be a good experience, I challenge you to go visit these guys at Roger Beasley Mazda Central to find out for yourself. read more

Most of us think "hassle, aggressive, unpleasant" when we think of dealing with a car salesperson or the finance person at a dealership. But with Roger Beasley Mazda, everyone I worked with was completely professional, competent, and pleasant. I had prepared myself for drama, but there was none. Dustin Walton, the online person, responded immediately to my inquiry and followed up with a series of helpful emails as well as synchronizing my work with Stacey Massey, the sales representative, Alex Barker, the finance manager, and Rusty Stine, the overall manager. D.J. Young, the service advisor, was courteous and efficient even though our interaction was very brief. And if you are a female, you'll appreciate the fact that EVERYONE directed the discussion of the car to me and not my husband, because the car was for me. Believe me, that made me a very satisfied customer. I would recommend Mazda in general and this dealership specifically to anyone who wants a good, honest value from really professional people. In fact, I have been praising them to anyone who asks about my beautiful new car. read more

I had done extensive research for a new mid-size vehicle, and the new Mazda6 was one of the contenders.. I took a trip to Roger Beasley Mazda Central, and got introduced to Joe McMaster. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and easy to work with. After my first test drive, he followed up on a couple of occasions to see if I had decided on whether to get the Mazda6. I told him that I was looking into the other options in the market as well, and he acknowledged that and gave me my space. I appreciated the pacing of his follow-up calls and never felt pressured to give him a response. This made it a lot easier to consider my options without having to deal with an aggressive salesperson (which Joe was not). After a couple of weeks, I decided that I liked the Mazda6 the most and did another test drive with Joe. On that same day, I decided to make the purchase and complete the deal. All in all, Joe was great to work with and his non-pressuring approach was much appreciated. I'd gladly refer him to a friend if they were looking to purchase a Mazda in the future. read more

I bought a 2010 Volkswagen Routan in this dealer, I paid $11,000 dollars for this minivan, at 2 weeks of having bought it, I went with my family to Laredo Texas, and when we was arriving to Laredo Tx the transmission was broken. I call the dealer and talk to the seller, he said, he can't do anything because, the car don't had any warranty, then I speak to his supervisor. I call supervisor, and leave several message, I went to his office to talk to him, and he not attend me. I take two days to communicate with him, and with a bad attitude He said can't do anything to help me, I contacted the general manager of sales, was more friendly, but say the same they could not do anything for help me. I spent $ 225.00 dollars in towing and diagnostic, additional spend two nights in motels, pay $ 230.00 dollars in a car rented and I repaired the transmission cost me $2,600.00 dollars. I not trying they paid all expenses, just to help me, because I was spent all my savings buying the minivan. I bought three cars with this agency, but do not return to buy any more. read more

I went into Mazda this past Saturday and had a great experience. Going in I was not exactly to sure what I wanted or even what I was doing. Dustin Cannon was my salesman and he was very helpful throughout the whole process. He guided me into the right direction and helped me make the best decision for me now and in the long run. After taking the car home we noticed something wasn't right with the back wheel. I took it into service to have it checked out. They said they were going to have to keep it for a couple of days until the part was in. Dustin put me into a loaner car until it was ready and kept me up to date on what was going on. When I went to pick up my car it was in the front ready to go. It now drives great and has had no issues. If you are searching for a car and want to have a great experience go see Dustin Cannon. I could not recommend him enough. Dustin will make sure to find what is best for you in the long run. He is your go to guy and will make sure everything goes smooth for you! A few days ago, I totaled my beloved 2008 Mazda 6 and thought I would look at the Mazda 3 to see if suited my "wants". Being a woman alone my experience of buying cars has been miserable so I dreaded the process of even walking in a dealership to look let alone actually buying one. I made an appt via email since it was something I had to do (or walk). I was blown away by my total experience in the dealership. James Brewer is the best "help you get what you want" man ever...seriously...you guys have to go by and meet him even if you are just checking out cars. NO hassle about anything,,,From making an appt to test drive til I left with the car I wanted at the price I expected it was the most amazing experience. I had a rental car to return but it was closed on Saturday afternoon so James returned that for me as well on Monday. Thanks James for all your help...and the financing dept did what they needed to do quickly as well..no push to buy extras I don't want. Roger Beasley Central is the best! read more

The first time I stopped by I just wanted to browse the lot and get a good look at the cars and did not want to deal with the sale people...I was left to browse alone. The second time I stopped by and wanted to speak to a sales person and sure enough Joe McMaster came out and asked if I needed any help. He was even able to get a car delivered from the South store to the Central for me. I was allowed to take a test drive by myself and really check out the car without interruption. I really wanted this Mazda 3 and set on a path to buy it. The purchasing process was painless and explained every step of the way. I left this dealership every time feeling like I was being treated honestly. I can't say that for the other dealerships I've been too. The waiting area is very pleasant and comfortable. Even had some popcorn to keep my 5 year old at bay while I did the paper work. I'm confident that this shop has my Mazda's back and am completely satisfied with my purchase. Thanks Joe! Friends, don't waste your time at any other dealership in Austin. I totaled my car on Sunday and began the search for a new (to me) car a few days ago. I did some research online and had somewhat of an idea of what I was looking for. Wyeth Adams ended up being the one to work with me, and I can't applaud his customer service, professionalism, and patience enough. He did everything he could to make the process as easy as possible. I had my eye on a 2012 Kia Soul the first day I went in but someone else had shown interest first so we continued to explore other options. Wyeth got my info and kept me updated on the status of all the vehicles I was interested in over the course of the next couple of days, and ultimately let me know that the Soul was still available this evening. I came in and test drove the vehicle, fell in love with it, and so began the paperwork. It was quick, painless, and to the point. 5 stars for Roger Beasley Mazda but more importantly, 5 stars to Wyeth. read more

OMG - I have nothing but Wonderful, wonderful things to say about this dealership and it's AMAZING employees! Anyone looking to buy a new car needs to stop by here and ask For Edwin Martinez and see what he has to offer. Edwin did a fabulous job showing us the Mazda6 and explaining all of its wonderful features and he went above and beyond to get me great price! Sonny Nasser did a great job getting me financed with a rate I was comfortable with and Raymond Jalandoni did all the paperwork and fixed me up with some amazing protection packages to keep my new car looking GREAT! I never felt pressured and everyone was so super friendly - even taking the time to make my daughter and Yorkie feel special too! The dealership is quite nice as well with a cute little cafe area and lounge - very hip looking! Thumbs up to this wonderful dealership and it's employees... I drove 2-1/2 hours to buy this car from Edwin and I will be back next year when my daughter turns 16! read more

Earlier this week, I was researching cars online when I came across a used Subaru on Roger Beasley Mazda website. I inquired about the vehicle and spoke to one the sales managers about the possibilities of acquiring this car. Shawn was very helpful in explaining their process. I decided to drive to Austin from San Antonio, to look at the car. This Subaru is in excellent condition with very low mileage. With the help of the Roger Beasley Team (Chan, Shawn and Chuck) I purchased the car. I received excellent service, a great price, a great warranty and few extras that I didn't expect. "Bravo" to Roger Beasley Mazda for being a fantastic auto dealership. I have already recommended Roger Beasley Mazda to everyone I know that might be in the market for a new or used vehicle. I would also like to mention the excellent follow up by Chan. You guys have met and exceeded my expectations!!!! Bravo! Bravo! Bravo! read more
