Comes in assesses the situation goes to his truck comes back with his snake and worked it out and was literally done and gone before 9:00am. But Joe S, again was very polite, respectful and skilled. Theam is always great and Joe S definetly maintains that sentiment.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Joe from Western Rooter!…read more Joe showed up at my house right at 8:00 AM to install a tankless water heater and a new shower valve. Before getting started, we talked for about 20 minutes and went over everything, and then Joe got straight to work. I have an older home, so I already knew there were probably going to be some challenges. Sure enough, Joe ran into a few issues along the way, but he handled every one of them professionally and never let it slow him down. He did an excellent job getting my new tankless water heater installed and working properly. After that, Joe came inside to work on my shower valve. He took the time to lay down drop cloths and protect my home before starting the work. Of course, he ran into a few challenges with the older plumbing, but once again, Joe figured it out and got the job done right. I couldn't be happier with the service, craftsmanship, professionalism, and overall experience. Joe clearly takes pride in his work, and it shows. If you're calling Western Rooter, ask for Joe! Not only will you get great plumbing work, but you'll also get a great experience from start to finish. I'll definitely be asking for Joe again the next time I have any plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

I have nothing but great things to say about QP Plumbing! Oscar is very responsive, professional,…read moreeasy to work with, and an overall stand up guy with a high level of integrity. Last year we had a water heater installed by QP Plumbing. There was one part of the installation that was overlooked and caused us some issues. When I told Oscar, he took complete accountability and offered to give us monetary compensation. I told him if he could just provide us with a credit on future service that would be great. Fast forward to present day, we had leak with one of our pipes. Oscar was able to come immediately to diagnose the issue and got his crew here the next day to get the issue resolved. Oscar did in fact give me the credit we had discussed over a year ago which I appreciated. I certainly plan to use QP Plumbing for any of my plumbing needs moving forward and I would highly recommend them.

He's both analytical and methodical. He took his time to evaluate the situation, clearly communicate the work needed, and identify any potential issues. After work began, Patrick found two large roots growing in the drains that clearly needed to be addressed. He and his crew opened the concrete, replaced pipes, and even added new drains to help with the upcoming rain. He knew I was on a tight budget and found creative solutions to keep costs to a minimum. Being a woman with next to zero knowledge of plumbing, I could have been an easy target. I'm grateful for Patrick's honesty, kindness, and patience, even as I picked his brain on other trouble areas of my parents' home and my own home, with no promise of additional work. I never felt rushed to make a decision or given false promises. I even came out of this whole experience with a better understanding and appreciation for plumbing! 5 Stars | Exceptional Service from Thomas!…read more I cannot say enough great things about Thomas from All-City Plumbing! Don't let his youthful appearance fool you, this young man REALLY knows his stuff! His knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail were impressive from start to finish. Thomas took the time to explain everything thoroughly, walking us through the entire process and actually showing us what he was doing along the way. What stood out to me the most, however, was his patience and kindness toward my mother. My mom is older, so I was there to help catch all the technical explanations and break things down for her. But Thomas went above and beyond! He took his time, never made her feel rushed or confused, and explained everything in a way that she could comfortably understand. He spoke to her with such kindness and respect, and that meant more to me than he probably realizes. It's one thing to be knowledgeable in your profession, but it's another to have the patience, compassion, and people skills to match. Thomas has ALL of those qualities! All-City Plumbing has definitely earned our trust and future business. We will absolutely be using this company again, and you better believe we'll be requesting Thomas by name! Thank you, Thomas, for not only doing your job well but for treating your customers like people who genuinely matter. That kind of service deserves recognition!

He explained everything clearly and patiently, making sure I understood what the problem was and what my options were. I also really appreciated that he explained the cost upfront and let me know about things I wasn't aware of before starting the work. There were no surprises, and I felt comfortable knowing exactly what was being done and how much it would cost. Johnny was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also very kind and easy to talk to. He answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything. After every tenant turnover, he is the first person I call because I know the job will be done properly, on time, and at a fair price. He repaired a ceiling in my own unit after a water leak caused by the previous owner and completed the entire repair in a single day. He also patched numerous holes left behind by a former tenant, repaired damaged cabinets and doors, installed new windows, laid waterproof flooring, mounted a ceiling fan, and completed several interior painting projects. Every project has turned out great, and the quality of his work has held up well. His pricing is very reasonable, especially considering the quality of his work. He also researches materials to help us get the best value. Small touches, like leaving behind the extra paint after completing a painting job, have been incredibly helpful for future turnovers. Nick communicates clearly throughout the project and works efficiently without sacrificing quality. During renovations, we trust him enough to give him keys directly to our units without supervision, so he has access to the property whenever work needs to be done. I highly recommend Nick to handle everything from repairs and painting to flooring, windows, and general property maintenance. His workmanship, fair pricing, and consistency have made him an invaluable resource for my complex.
