I had a bad experience with DrainFlow and Uzziel. I called Uzziel since his yelp had a ton of overwhelmingly positive reviews, he came out on schedule to provide an estimate for re-piping for my home renovation. Items I needed were instant hot water heater and water softener system installation and hookup only. My home was in the rough work stage. A few things were off during the site visit, but essentially, he seemed reluctant about the job, which becomes more apparent later in the estimate. After the visit, he said he'll provide the estimate soon. I ended up only asked for instant hot water heater and water softener system hookups. A week goes by, nothing, about 11 days later I see him posting on Facebook looking for more jobs, so I commented saying how he never got back to me after the visit. This guy texts me and berates me saying it's only been 11 days, etcetera, that he was busy, and then he sent me the estimate immediately after the text exchange at 9,500. Other plumbers I received estimates from came in half that. He clearly did not want my job, not that I would've hired him 11 days later. The biggest issue was his attitude towards a negative review, he waited 11 days to provide an estimate that he only sent after I complained. He berated me for leaving a negative review. I needed rough-in work done ASAP, so walls can go up, and I can progress with my renovation, and he failed to provide services in a timely manner. Thank goodness I had other estimates lined up. If youre looking for someone reliable and fast, this may not be your guy. I cannot comment on his quality of work. I'm all for small business owners, but you should be more aware of your workload if it takes 11 days for an estimate. read more

Had a clogged bath tub and our washer machine water would come up into the tub. Called him the night before and he came the next morning at 8am just as he promised! When he pulled in, He had a huge utility van, I looked out the window when he opened it and everything was well organized! Very impressed with our first meet. He ran a few tests to make sure it wasn't the main line and it wasn't. Used a very professional high quality snake that I've never seen before, and that did the job! I had dumped an entire pot of spaghetti down my drains. Uzziel was very up front about pricing and explained everything that needed to be done to rid the pipes of the pasta. It was slightly more extensive than just a simple clean out but even with the extent of the issue it was only like 15$ extra. I tend to be skeptical about businesses being honest when it comes to repair work. Edwin showed up to fix my main water line, which had caused my downstairs toilet to overflow into the living room. I had my guard up at first, and I think Edwin could feel that. He remained thoughtful and took the time to evaluate the problem. He asked to check the water heater and I found that the garage was full of water. Edwin went to work, and step by step tested every possible issue. The water caused electrical problems and fried my garage door opener. The work that Edwin did was priced reasonably, and was less than half the price of the replacement of the garage door opener. (That's a different story) Honestly, Edwin helped me to stay relaxed. He was calm and I think he did extra work to be sure that he would leave my home without further problems.
