We had a very disappointing experience with this HVAC company…read more Prior to closing on our home, this company reportedly serviced and cleaned two HVAC systems and three fireplaces, and the homeowners were charged $1,624 for the work. We relied on that service being completed and the systems being properly inspected. After we moved in, we discovered a significant gap in the vent pipe on one of the furnaces. This was a serious safety concern, as operating the furnace with this condition could potentially have allowed dangerous combustion gases into the home. We also had to call our own HVAC company to inspect the systems. They reported that one of the air-conditioning units had not been cleaned in a long time and needed Freon. This was very concerning given that we had been told the HVAC systems had been serviced and cleaned shortly before we purchased the home. When we attempted to contact the original company about these concerns, they were unresponsive. Charging $1,624 to service two HVAC systems and three fireplaces creates a reasonable expectation that the work was actually performed and that the equipment was properly inspected and left in safe operating condition. Our experience did not meet that standard. We are extremely disappointed with the service, the condition in which we found the equipment, and especially the lack of responsiveness when we tried to get answers. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this company and would encourage anyone using them to independently verify that the work they are billing for has actually been completed.

Unfortunately, I learned mold only takes a day or two before prevalent spores can start spreading around your home. Plus, I knew there was previous water damage, so I knew I better call a mold removal company. I'm usually hesitant or skeptical to go with the first company or two I find, but because of my emergency to start repairs, I ended up going with Pure Maintenance. They came quickly, did an evaluation, and made the process simple. They helped me stop the root cause of the mold and found out where my initial water damage was coming from. I was concerned they'd end up tearing out more than what was necessary, but did a great job only attacking the problem. I had to have them come back out to make a couple adjustments, and they were happy to accommodate. Overall, I'm a satisfied customer and would go with them again.

First let me say that Jeff Heale (original owner of Crystal Clean) was wonderful. Sadly, he has…read morepassed the window cleaning portion of his cleaning business to a man named Eric, who is terrible. ********************************************************* I want to let you know about the extremely NEGATIVE experience that we've recently had with Crystal Clean Window Cleaning company's NEW owner, Eric, We have been dealing with this issue ever since he cleaned our windows at the beginning of the summer with absolutely no resolution. He cleaned our windows on a Thursday morning, right before we headed out of town for a long weekend of camping. We departed immediately after he finished our windows and didn't return until the next Tuesday evening. Unfortunately, we didn't discover the damage until we went to open that window when we got home that evening. While cleaning the master bedroom window, the window was shut quite firmly with the lock in the locked position. The lock hit the divider between the windows hard enough that it bent the center frame/divider and broke the seal. The edge of the glass on the left hand side of the window was actually protruding out of the back of the frame towards the outside. We contacted Eric right away the next morning. He came out and took a look at the window and denied that there was any possibility he could have done any damage. These are a few of the things that he said to us: * "The window was fine when I left. You must have damaged it and are now trying to blame me." * "Your windows are old and that's what happens when you open and close them." * "Putting a fan in your window can cause this." (To be noted...our fan sits on the window sill, rests against the screen, and doesn't even touch the frame.) At this point, we put a stop payment on the check we had paid him with. When we didn't get anywhere with Eric, we then called Jeff Heale (the original owner of Crystal Clean), who is still somewhat involved. He agreed this was something that Eric should be willing to work with us on and that he would talk to him for us. Jeff let us know that Eric had agreed to us getting an estimate to see what it would cost to repair the window. We had two different window companies come out to take a look. Both told us that the window was now considered "dead" since the seal had been broken and couldn't be repaired. The least expensive bid we received was a little over $800 to replace the window. We sent the bid to them and also let them know we were willing to negotiate and possibly pay for a portion due to the age of the window. Jeff said that sounded fair and said he and Eric would discuss it and get back to us. A few weeks passed with no word. It took SEVERAL attempts to finally get a hold of Eric. These are a few of the things Eric later said: * "If you're willing to pay for a portion that tells me you're guilty of the damage and it absolves me of any wrong-doing." * "I've been cleaning your windows for three years and told your wife they needed to be replaced." (Please note....he's only cleaned our windows twice in the past one year and has never said any such thing. Jeff had cleaned our windows the two years prior to that.) *"Most likely somebody must have broken in while you were gone and broken the window when they closed it." (Please note.....seriously!?!) * "You broke the law by putting a stop payment on my check." In conclusion, we have gotten absolutely nowhere with Crystal Clean Window Cleaning. They damaged our window beyond repair, have been unwilling to negotiate, and refuse to take responsibility for it. We are sharing this to hopefully help you avoid having to experience anything similar to what we just went through. WE WILL NOT BE USING CRYSTAL CLEAN WINDOW CLEANING EVER AGAIN!

Saying that we cannot say enough about PB Abatement is an understatement. Gehrick Dickson and his…read moreteam are simply amazing. We had an unexpected asbestos discovery during a renovation despite having had asbestos testing prior to commencing. From our first phone call, through this entire process, Gehrick's communication with us along this journey has been extraordinary. He answered dozens of our questions before we even began the cleanup process. He was very flexible as our scope of work evolved. Gehrick accommodated meeting with us on Labor Day and his team worked on Saturday as well. After we had labeled our home contents to be discarded v. cleaned, Gehrick still went through boxes with us over FaceTime on questionable items to double check that the team didn't throw away things we wanted to keep. His crew members were patient and understanding of our emotional attachment to personal belongings. They also worked in 90 degree weather in our home without complaint. Gehrick is an exemplary human being who truly wants to help people in need. His work ethic is wonderful, and is one that is rare to find. We were charged a fair price for the work when other companies quoted more to do less. We feel extremely blessed to have met and worked with Gehrick and his crew. They made an incredibly stressful time easier, and for this, we are so grateful!
