They know their testing and adhere to state licensing requirements. They perform a variety of environmental tests on both residential and commercial properties. They also perform testing for both public and private school buildings, which is a big deal. Keeping our youth safe is priority #1 They travel all over Colorado too, though they are located in Lakewood. Testing options range from Asbestos, Lead, Mold, Radon, soil testing, even Meth testing. DS has been in business about 20 years and sets the standard for environmental testing. A majority of my clients use them and I refer them frequently. Their report/result turn around is impressive and I have received many thank you's and compliments regarding their professionalism. I appreciate them because they make my company look good (me look good), while they perform their excellent work. They are responsive and diligent in providing the best service one can request. Their value is unchallenged. If you want the best environmental testing, this is the company to schedule with.

Two years later, multiple roofing inspectors are now saying I need a complete reroof due to the shingles being at end of life. Im shocked as the inspection InspectPro did merely 2 years ago should have caught this and I could have negotiated it with the seller at the time (the whole point of doing a property inspection to begin with). I spoke to Rob, the inspector, and he said the company does not comment on the condition of the roof. Thats why they recommend folks get a 5 year certification from a roofing company. Ridiculous as an inspection conveys the condition of the house. Bottom line: I think he dropped the ball on the roof. Im reluctant to give bad reviews to small buinsesses but I wanted to share my experience and hope someone else will not experience this. Suffice it to say, I will not being using them again.

Just my opinion but if you inspect foundations being in crawl spaces should not be a problem. I don't know how you could possibly do an inspect with out actually seeing the problem- Charged $750 for a report that says "yup you gotta foundation crack" I would not hire this guy to inspect the inside of a paper sack. His over reaction so frightened the home owner she almost fell for the other scam of Critter Getters charging her $1500 to remove said dead bunny - turns out it was a small baby bunny - and it was the only dead thing (besides McClish's integrity) in that crawl space. Do yourself a favor and get a real structural inspection or just hire the drunk on Colfax. Either way it's got to be better than the service rendered by McClish - Oh and his office crew was rude and dismissive -
