Even though we didn't connect until late afternoon, Julio was there to start the restoration work that very same night--on a Friday, no less! Throughout the entire engagement, both he and his crew were extremely courteous and professional, taking great care to limit the impact and disruption of the restoration work. Julio was very generous in answering all the questions I had and provided excellent guidance when he knew it would be of value. We had a flood in our basement due to a massive rain and hail storm. We called them the day of the storm, and they were at our house the next morning. His team was professional and helpful in getting fans and dehumidifers going in our home and within a few days our soaked basement was dry as a bone. They did demo work for us pulling out drywall and baseboards, and left the home as clean as possible when they were done. Effrem even went above and beyond with a small issue we had. I would recommend them to anyone that has a flood in their home. I hope I don't need to call them again, but if I do have another flood, I would call Effrem again for sure. He was very fair and ethical in our interactions, and even suggested calling a third party if we wanted to do any further testing as they would have a conflict of interest. 10/10 recommend.

Despite having a packed schedule, Mike came out to our property on a Friday morning so he could measure the damaged area and give us at least a ballpark idea of what we would be charged to see if we could still close on buying this house Friday afternoon. He was prompt, polite, and honest. He truly sought to give me the best service while staying as reasonable with price as possible. He was in constant communication with me and my mold inspector (Staci with EnviolCore, which is another glowing review). Shane came out and contained, remediated, and also kept in close communication with me. He also was fair and honest and understood we were on a budget. I would HIGHLY recommend All Dry to handle your water damage/mold problems. The great job they did has me feeling a sigh of relief and hope as we get ready to move into our new home!

He noted that my water shutoff likely needed to be replaced. Once he explained why, I had him replace the valve. Throughout the process, Eldar did a great job of answering my questions. I never felt like there was any attempt to upsell or get me to buy extra services/products. Eldar was very polite, friendly and was a great representative of Speed Plumbing. Customer service is the most important thing I look for when hiring any company. It helps when their pricing is the best. In this case, I was very pleased with Speed Plumbing from start to finish and will definitely use them again and recommend them.

We had to get approval from the HOA to have this done. DC provided all the documentation we needed, including pictures, and a link for the HOA to ask questions. We asked for a Fri/Sat for the project and they accommodated us. However, the work was pretty much completed on Friday. However, the next day it snowed and the temp dropped below freezing. The DC crew came out and placed warming blankets on top of the driveway. Then they picked them up and placed stakes and caution tape around the driveway to keep people and cars off of it. I was worried about the freezing and snow we had gotten, but Lee assured us that if the driveway should be compromised in any way, he would take care of it. The blankets they put on it left marks, but after a couple of weeks, the crew came out to "finish" the driveway, smoothing out those marks. We were able to walk on the driveway after a week or so, I believe. And now we are parking on it. It did take all of 4 weeks to get to that point, but the driveway looks great, we are no longer worried that someone will trip over the crack, and I'm sure this will help the value of our home. Lee and his crew are great to work with and alleviated all our concerns. As to the cost, we have no idea what cement work costs so we are not able to give an opinion on that matter. We wanted someone who knows what they're doing and are easy to work with, and we found them.

They answered my questions, were respectful of my property, and came back 2 days later for touch up. The job site was always clean. I am already getting a quote for the to paint my kitchen cabinets!

HOWEVER- I arrived at the final walkthrough at the scheduled time, and they were still not done clearing out their supplies. This was okay and I assumed more work would be done. When I returned to my home later that day I was appalled. There was brown liquid spilled on the cabinets and floors, paint spilled on the floors, stairs & countertops, outlet covers missing (still not found), painter's tape still stuck to the walls & baseboards, and sunflower seeds littered across EVERY single floor in the house (including the in the carpet and the bathtub). I am shocked at the way the house was left and how sloppy this was. This was not the condition that it was supposed to be left in. I had a showing the next morning so had to spend over 3 hours cleaning it. I contacted the manager about it and received a $275 discount. They did offer to come back over and "take care of these items" but I had no time to let them come back so I had to take care of it myself. For how much I paid to for this to be done I expected way more from this company. I will not be using this company again.
