Professionalism, expertise, knowledge, and attention to detail exceeded all expectations. They offered a transparent and honest assessment, and followed up the same day with proposals that were more detailed and a lot more comprhensive than the other 2 companies I previously had out. The radon mitigation system they installed within a few days and with minimal disruption. The guys also completed the mold remediation and took great care to treat all of the damaged/moldy stuff as well as (what we found out) the hidden leaky toilet drain. Based on his recommendation during the estimate, I paid about $200 to have an electrical outlet relocated before the radon system was installed. The outlet ended up not being needed at all because the fan was installed in a completely different location. Even the technician suggested the original assessment was incorrect. When I brought this up, I wasn't asking to be reimbursed for the full amount. I simply requested a small $50 credit as a goodwill gesture. Justin refused. No apology, no accountability, and no effort to make things right after his recommendation caused me to spend money unnecessarily. Anyone can make a mistake. What separates good companies from bad ones is how they handle it. My experience was that once the contract was signed, customer satisfaction was no longer a priority. I won't be using this company again, and I wouldn't recommend them to friends or neighbors.

They were able to get me a time within a few days. Michael Morgan was my inspector. He more than met my expectations. I got an amazingly specific report along with photos of each item. I was able to talk to him for a little bit during the inspection, but I ended up having to leave. I called the next day to get some additional information and he was happy to help. He was able to help me identify what things were a priority, and what things were just surface items. The information was concise and very helpful. They had a special going and I felt I got a really good price for all the work that they did. A solid three hours. It's also nice to have a link with a lot of photographs of my new home. Our general contractor recommended Scott and Enviro Excellence, and we are very glad he did. As others have mentioned here, Scott was a consummate professional: he was incredibly communicative, on-time, and very, very thorough. We appreciated that throughout the entire process, Scott was more than willing to explain what he was doing and why it mattered. He was required to take a number of samples from throughout our house, but did so in a way that was not overly disruptive and in a way that wouldn't look too bad in the stretch before any holes made get repaired (or completely ripped out). He met all timelines he promised for delivery of the results and was incredibly helpful in talking us through not only the results, but what they meant in terms of next steps around abatement. While we never wanted to get news that we had asbestos that needs to be taken care of, we were lucky to have Scott help us to understand what that meant even to recommend some people who could do the work to clean the asbestos up.
