As others have mentioned here, Scott was a consummate professional: he was incredibly communicative, on-time, and very, very thorough. He was required to take a number of samples from throughout our house, but did so in a way that was not overly disruptive and in a way that wouldn't look too bad in the stretch before any holes made get repaired (or completely ripped out). Aaliyah made a consultation appointment for my home radon mitigation.
