So, a few weeks later, I reached out again - no reply. Same thing a few weeks later. It's a shame - seems like they do good work and we would have liked to work with them. Edit: The business replied with totally inaccurate information. I put out a call for weeding. The next day, I got a "quote" of $65/hour so I said it sounded great and would be happy to have them come look at the scope and start work. No reply. About 18 days later, I asked if they were still interested in doing the job. No reply. So if this is how they tell you they've decided not to work with you, it's not an awesome communication method. Hopefully others have better luck connecting with them to get work completed.

It was great being able to work with Pure Maintenance to mitigate the mold in my home. I had…read morestanding water in my basement for almost two weeks before I even found out about it. Ugh! Unfortunately, I learned mold only takes a day or two before prevalent spores can start spreading around your home. Plus, I knew there was previous water damage, so I knew I better call a mold removal company. I'm usually hesitant or skeptical to go with the first company or two I find, but because of my emergency to start repairs, I ended up going with Pure Maintenance. They came quickly, did an evaluation, and made the process simple. They helped me stop the root cause of the mold and found out where my initial water damage was coming from. I was concerned they'd end up tearing out more than what was necessary, but did a great job only attacking the problem. I had to have them come back out to make a couple adjustments, and they were happy to accommodate. Overall, I'm a satisfied customer and would go with them again.

Rebecca was extremely responsive, helpful, and understanding when setting up the appointment (on a short timeline!). Brian was very professional and EXTREMELY knowledgeable (he has a GC background). I tagged along while he did the inspections and he really helped educate me a lot on how homes are built, what things I should worry about, and which to ignore (cosmetic or easy fixes). They provided referrals for reputable companies to get the work done we needed and the whole process was very painless. They are competitively priced and I already sent a referral their way! I'd recommend Brian & Rebecca at Eagle Property Inspections to anyone looking to buy a home. You won't be disappointed!

Worst inspection I have ever participated in. We had to spend hundreds of dollars to get a licensed…read moreplumber and licensed electrician to dispute the inaccurate claims. The inspector also nearly caused damage to my house in two instances. The first was in trying to remove the electric panel cover that "was not designed to be removed, but merely hinge" (quote from a licensed electrician). The second was filling a tub in a bathroom under construction with posted plans and status that had not been properly sealed. If Colorado had a licensing body for home inspection, I would have lodged a formal complaint. The inspectors actions could easily of jeopardized the sale. He also made a recommendation to violate federal safety laws to remove a safety item from the garage door opener. Of the 72 findings, 25 where inaccurate, 4 I can not find documentation to prove or disprove, and 4 were for a the bathroom undergoing construction. He also raised concerns about a potential major structural issue with the house that was woefully inaccurate. The emotional damage, stress, and financial burden of this company's terrible inspection is simply unacceptable, and an experience I would not wish on anyone. On top of that their companies response is to gaslight me by claiming the findings are differences of opinions and that I am just an upset seller vs someone with legitimate grievance. It continues to showcase how unprofessional they are. I highly recommend going with a different inspection company.

Thankfully our agent is working to have the damage repaired. Ben had my cell and my husband's cell and never called for permission to put holes in my ceiling. Their agent could have called ours to also get in touch to discuss this invasive process. That also never happened. I've sold and bought homes and have never heard of anything being damaged on purpose like this. I literally had to question if his license was real. I looked him up and it is, but in doing so, read the home inspectors "Standards of Practice" and no where did it say this was a standard practice. In addition, I had to pop home to let my son change clothes and witnessed Ben moving my furniture to open a window. I wasn't aware inspectors were allowed to touch our personal property. I guess if you are willing to put holes in a ceiling without asking, what is a little furniture moving? Ben was nice enough, but I can't overlook doing things without getting the owner's permission.

When getting quotes, I found communication with other companies frustrating and off-putting. One company didn't respond when they advised they would, another seemed very rigid and inflexible. Steve (owner of This & That) was very personable, answered his calls when able, and responded in a timely manner. We received our landscape quote the day after he reviewed our yard. Before we committed to This & That, Steve came out again to discuss changes. Once we signed our agreement with him, Steve continued to be available to receive our calls, texts, and emails and was flexible with design changes. Steve was also very knowledgeable, straightforward, honest, and sincere in his communication. We showed Steve pictures of trees that we liked and he advised that he could get these trees, but also advised that the picture did not reflect how it looks in Colorado. We told him about our HOA requirements, and he explained and put us at ease regarding how he would meet them. Installation was also a great experience. Steve started on Tuesday, said they would wrap up on Monday. They finished early Friday, a full business day early. They absolutely overdelivered and surpassed our expectations. We were also able to make some minor deviations as they worked (made a play area for the kids larger, plant placement, adding additional rock, etc.) Also, while Steve wasn't onsite the entire time, he WAS onsite every day and for most of everyday. When he wasn't here, he was out picking up the material for our project. Thank you, Steve, and crew for the fantastic job!
