It just happened that the home they inspected for my client they had installed a mitigation system just over 5 years ago, I sent them their advertising material and there was a whole list of things that you need to do for the warranty to be in place and it was only good for 5 years. This particular house that they installed the mitigation system the warranty wasn't good for a day because of a location of a wall. If you want a big company feel with terrible customer service and a company that doesn't stand behind their service this is the company for you. RUN don't walk. SHAME ON YOU AXIUM.

When I brought this up, I wasn't asking to be reimbursed for the full amount. I simply requested a small $50 credit as a goodwill gesture. Justin refused. No apology, no accountability, and no effort to make things right after his recommendation caused me to spend money unnecessarily. Anyone can make a mistake. As others have mentioned here, Scott was a consummate professional: he was incredibly communicative, on-time, and very, very thorough. We appreciated that throughout the entire process, Scott was more than willing to explain what he was doing and why it mattered. He was required to take a number of samples from throughout our house, but did so in a way that was not overly disruptive and in a way that wouldn't look too bad in the stretch before any holes made get repaired (or completely ripped out). He met all timelines he promised for delivery of the results and was incredibly helpful in talking us through not only the results, but what they meant in terms of next steps around abatement. When the technician didn't show up, I called Apex and spoke to Aaliyah who told me that actually, no technician had been assigned to my consult and that we could reschedule for a future day. That doesn't work becuase of my surgery, which I reminded her about. She didn't seem bothered by the mixup or apologetic for the disruption so I guess this is business as usual for Apex Radon.
