This was not hidden damage -- it was visible once baseboards were removed and should have at least been flagged for further evaluation. It's now costing us significant time and money to properly remediate. I feel we received a fair inspection but had a couple minor questions and were unable to get back in touch with the inspector. Then came the radon. They are a radon mitigation company that advertise a LIFETIME warranty, well that's not even close to true. It just happened that the home they inspected for my client they had installed a mitigation system just over 5 years ago, I sent them their advertising material and there was a whole list of things that you need to do for the warranty to be in place and it was only good for 5 years. This particular house that they installed the mitigation system the warranty wasn't good for a day because of a location of a wall. If you want a big company feel with terrible customer service and a company that doesn't stand behind their service this is the company for you. RUN don't walk. SHAME ON YOU AXIUM.
