We had a fifty foot palm tree in our backyard, against the fence between us and our neighbor. It died and needed to be removed. It was really neat to watch these men work as a team. I had an excellent experience with Jonathan and Elevation Environmental services.  Because we are undertaking a renovation on an older house, we needed to get asbestos testing done to figure out any abatement needs with our GC.  I called around to try and get different quotes and Jonathan was straightforward in his pricing and was able to schedule me quickly.  He showed up on time and was professional throughout the visit.  He said he'd have results within 24 hours, which I was pleased with.  He wound up calling later that evening to tell us the results because the lab had gotten everything through quicker than anticipated and I had a report the following morning.  It was a super seamless process. But the cherry on top, was that we subsequently learned that we also needed lead testing done for the reno project.  Because of my experience with him for asbestos testing, I went back to his website to see if they did lead as well and then did.  I gave him a ring and he said that they do lead testing, but because it's not his main thing they don't have  as fast of turnaround as some others. So he gave me the contact information for a different firm who he knew would be faster and cheaper than what he could offer.  He easily could have taken the work from me, but instead operated from a what's best for the client mindset, which I truly appreciate.   I'll be recommending Jonathan and Elevation Environmental to any friends looking for this type of work and will use him again if I ever need other environmental mitigation done. read more

On January 22, 2020, Jonathon Milazzo came to my home for a $250 air quality inspection. He arrived promptly on time with a friendly and professional courtesy. Jonathon listened to my concerns about the quality of the air in my house, then took several electronic measurements throughout my home. He provided me with valuable health, scientific, and regulatory information (about toxins and asbestos). He honestly told me that I did not have an issue with C02 and particulate matter in my home's air, but did discover some unseen water issues and potential plumbing problems that could be contributing a mold problem. He gave me the option to do further testing and ultimately did not bill me for his hour-long visit. After cutting into some wall cracks to fill them this weekend, it dawned on me that my 1950's plaster walls could have asbestos and then I started panicking about a number of things we've done over the years in my house that may have exposed us to it if we do have it.
