We lucked out by calling these guys! They removed tiles with glue containing asbestos from a…read moreconcrete floor, then hand polished the concrete underneath. Then, they removed 80% of the house's drywall, it's about a 3200 square-foot house-in one weekend. That's right, two days. Not even two full days-they were finished by Sunday early afternoon. That wasn't even the most amazing thing-they mopped and vacuumed. By the time we came in, the place was spotless. Cleaner than before they came in. The owner Miguel takes a lot of pride in his work. You can see it in his face when he shows you around afterwards-he is good, and is proud of that! Even our general contractor was floored by Miguel's company's performance. The final thing I will add-we had quotes from three different companies, and Miguel's was the lowest. By FAR the lowest- 1/3 of the highest bid. Even though his bid was the lowest-he promised the most work, even hand polishing the concrete. Promised-and then he delivered. We have two more rooms that need the drywall removed-but those will be later in the renovation. We will only call Miguel for those- no need to seek anybody else. Based on his recommendation during the estimate, I paid about $200 to have an electrical outlet relocated before the radon system was installed. The outlet ended up not being needed at all because the fan was installed in a completely different location. Even the technician suggested the original assessment was incorrect. When I brought this up, I wasn't asking to be reimbursed for the full amount. I simply requested a small $50 credit as a goodwill gesture. Justin refused. No apology, no accountability, and no effort to make things right after his recommendation caused me to spend money unnecessarily. Anyone can make a mistake. What separates good companies from bad ones is how they handle it. My experience was that once the contract was signed, customer satisfaction was no longer a priority. I won't be using this company again, and I wouldn't recommend them to friends or neighbors.

They were able to get me a time within a few days. Michael Morgan was my inspector. He more than met my expectations. I got an amazingly specific report along with photos of each item. I was able to talk to him for a little bit during the inspection, but I ended up having to leave. I called the next day to get some additional information and he was happy to help. He was able to help me identify what things were a priority, and what things were just surface items. The information was concise and very helpful. They had a special going and I felt I got a really good price for all the work that they did. A solid three hours. It's also nice to have a link with a lot of photographs of my new home. It'll be a great reference in the future. He gave a lot of great pointers as well. I highly recommend this company.

Before purchasing the property I had called to get a rough estimate of the cost from these folks. They answered all my questions and were super friendly. Upon purchasing he house I called back told them the exact address and they told me that they had reviewed the property months earlier for another perspective buyer. Jim and jimmy showed up and provided me with the comprehensive report of the property that the previous guy had paid for, a super nice and super honest thing to do. Eddie showed up, did the work in the exact time quoted, and left my house cleaner than I gave it to them. They were not the cheapest, but If I had to do it again there is no question who I would use.
