I scheduled an oil change online for 2:30pm. Arrived 30 minutes early. Was told that I would have to wait at least another 1.5 hours for a SCHEDULED appointment. 20 to 30 Minutes, understandable. But 1.5 hours? Why have appointments. I'd have been better to just show up earlier in the day and wait. I cannot do business with a company that draws in business in a deceptive manner. If you cannot stick to your advertised business practices, then don't advertise them. More and more companies are losing business for this reason only. Took in to get front was told I needed upper and lower ball joints and they replaced they I took Truck back after two days of driving was not in alignment. They had it for another week and told me they had 3 Different Mechanics look at it and could not find a problem. I took a picture of the mileage when I dropped it off and they had drove it a total of 1.1 miles I took it to immediately after that to Hibdon tires and they said the alignment was off and I had them to align it for $139 and it does not pull anymore. I will not go back to for the simple fact they took too long and absolutely lied to me. read more

I've used Robertson before and they have been friendly and easy to deal with. My problem came when I bought the lifetime rotation and balance for my truck. My truck steering felt wobbly so I brought it in and purchased the service. When I got my truck back the wobble was even worse. I took it to my mechanic figuring there was more wrong than a tire balance. The mechanic checked it and said the balance was way off and nothing else was wrong. After they balanced it it drove perfectly. Obviously I'm now afraid to take it back to Robertson. Too bad since the location is more convenient than my mechanic. read more

Had a set of tires replaced and they also had to replace the right front bearing. About 8K miles later, a noise was coming from the front end. Took the car to a different (closer) Robertson Tire than performed the initial work. Asked them to rotate the tires and check the right front bearing. Was told, "can only do the rotation, you'll have to come back to have the bearing checked". The noise was getting worse over the next couple of days. Went to a Honda dealer and paid to have the problem diagnosed. It was the right front bearing. Rather than losing yet more money, had Honda do the work. Then, went to the Delaware location (that did the work), told them the story and showed the receipts. Famous words: We'll get back to you. Never did. So, called and found out.....so sorry. Vehicle sat for 6 hours and not one service completed today. Apparently brakes and tire rotation takes days to complete at this location. Didn't even tell me that they were so backed up they couldn't get to my truck. Been a customer for YEARS and this was a horrid experience in customer service. First come first serve my ass. Dropping it off at 7:30 did absolutely nothing to get it done and you're not even honest about it. I have used Robertson Tire for my (and rest of family) automotive repair for most of the last 10 years I have been in Oklahoma. Every time I have completed a transaction with them I was confidant in their skill and professionalism. Had our Ford Fiesta worked on last month. Based on advice from someone we were convinced the bushings were bad as well as shocks. Robertson Tire could have fixed something that wasn't broke and I wouldn't know. They looked and stuck with just shocks needed replacing. Another item in the plus column, the same people work there that I have seen for the last 10 years. read more

These guys did a great job today on my Ford Expedition. We called ahead on a Saturday morning to see if they had the tires we wanted. I had a nail in my tire and they badly needed replacing so we were in a hurry. They did a search and were able to replace all four tires, replace brake roters, break pads, and oil change. We dropped it off at 10 and they got it done at 1. They were expensive things we had to get fixed, but they were honest, gave me some coupon discounts, and got it done quickly. I'm pretty sure our dealership would have been more expensive. read more

My boyfriend had to get new tires on his car and like always they got us in and out quickly and gave us a great deal on a new set of tires. My tire pressure was low so I swung in to get an assessment. They had me in and out in 10 minutes and didn't charge me a thing. These guys are great. Hubs put some new wheels on his car and didn't know one of them was warped. Once Robertson's showed him, a new one was ordered. They did a great job getting the tires needed, too. All in all, the experience was great. 4 stars because they could communicate just a little better when something is on backorder. AMAZING!!! The service was great and honest. Even though my car is older, they treated it like it was a newer car. I felt like I was treated a family member. They explained every step and the cost, explaining what they would suggest and what might be just spending money. The service was fast. This was one of the worst experiences with an auto mechanic. That was the problem. I thought they were auto mechanics. They are not. They sell and rotate tires. They are good at that. They sell the product of tires. Run, do not walk, away from this business if you start to consider them for any other services. My car had been having trouble starting approximately every fifth time. I took it in to Robertson Tire because it was a Saturday and my regular mechanic was not open. I felt blessed because they diagnosed my problem and put in a new battery. I asked them if they diagnosed all the other parts such as starter, alternator, etc. and they said they did. I left and the exact same problem persisted. I took it back to them and they checked it again. They said the same thing: that it was my battery. A few hours after that my car totally died. At that point I took it into my regular mechanic that I have trusted for years and years. He diagnosed that it was the starter with absolutely no hesitation and questioned why someone else would not know this, as his tester discovered that in 5 minutes. My car has run beautifully for the past three weeks. I took my frustration to Robertson with my receipts and data and gave them the opportunity to right the wrong. The manager let me know that because their machine diagnosed it was none of their concern, that it was still the battery. That was after the 2nd time I took it in with the battery with total power, as it was only a few weeks old. Sidenote that they did not even put in the correct CCA when testing the battery. I am not rich. I had to pay over $100 for a battery that I did not need. I then paid $300 for a started that I did need. If you want the product of tires, feel free to go to them. If you want correct diagnosis' and service and have a lot of money and time to waste, go to Robertson's at this location. They will help you out on those counts. I have learned a hard lesson the expensive way. They need a new way to diagnose problems because the old way is not working. Horrible experience. read more

I took my older car in for a front alignment, oil change, and tire pressure check. They provided quick and adequate service. They following day, I noticed my car was still trying to pull hard to the right. I called them up and they agreed to recheck the alignment. I took the car in that afternoon and they immediately serviced my vehicle. They found a pin in my tire that was causing a leak. They patched my tire, rechecked the alignment and balanced my tires for no additional charge. The management and staff is very friendly, competent, kind, and quick. I always felt like the staff was being honest about the repairs my car needed instead of trying to upsell me on ridiculous fixes. Highly recommend this location!!!! Thank you RT!! read more

I have a vehicle that has tires that run flat. I was told to go to this location as they were qualified to repair them when they are punctured. I was very surprised that after they repaired, they told me it was done and to have a good day. Really? How much do I owe you? Nothing I was told. Said they'd want my business some other time. I don't usually write reviews but steer clear of this place! I went in for an oil change.. everything in my car working fine. Pulled out of the parking lot and my brakes weren't working. I took my car back, an estimate was written up of $480 worth of repairs... which I later came to find out I didn't need, that my brake fluid wasn't even filled up when I went to get an oil change (their oil change package includes checking all fluids..) Christopher Ross, the manager, said that "these things just go out all the time. That I needed a new master cylinder." I then took it to Tate Boys and they told me I on fact do NOT need a new master cylinder... this place lies and cheats good people. Stay far away! read more
