IF THEY MESS UP THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU!!! So I've come here before and they did a great job at first. Recently I took my 2nd car to get the oil changed, they did it quick and were kind. A few days later I noticed something was leaking from underneath the car and sure enough it was my oil! I tried to check the oil pan screw and it kept screwing as if the bolt was stripped. It was a brand new screw and the oil was dripping through it. I took the car to have them look at it and they blamed it on my oil pan- my oil did NOT leak an ounce until they changed the oil and switched out the new oil pan screw. The employee was argumentative and would not listen. Their manager had to step in and said he would fix it with a different screw. I left some what skeptical and as soon as I came home the oil was leaking even worse!! Do not use them!!! They will blame your car and will not want to help you. Now I have to fix this myself. read more

Do not take your vehicle here if you have any sort of modifications other than bone stock. I have a Subaru Forester with a 2" lift and oversized tires. I was told it will never be the same and basically it isn't able to be aligned because of that, and I need to take it to a "4 wheel drive shop", whatever the hell that is. I know it can be aligned because I've had it done at Meineke before and they mentioned nothing about the lift or tires, they just did the alignment. I was also needing a diagnoses on a rotor scraping issue, he did not even do that, he basically just refused to work on it at all and suggested I go somewhere else. Needless to say I am NEVER bringing any of mine or my wife's vehicles to this place again. read more

I've gone here for years for service checks. It used to be a very reliable place with quality service. There seems to have been a big change in management and staff recently. It's gone way downhill. I took my car in for a service check last week. It was over $70, more than I've ever paid before, and very little was done. They seemed to be joking their way through the appt. Laughing, not respecting me as a customer. I would not recommend this place as a trustworthy business for female customers. I took my car to another place to get it detailed later that week. I found out that Express had not checked my air filter for my previous 2 visits, as they are supposed to. The air filter was absolutely filthy, and was putting polluted air into my car. The detail business was so concerned they put a new filter in for me and suggested I go elsewhere for future service checks. I will not be going to Express again. WOW! This place is amazing! We usually go to Sinclair Dino Lube for our oil changes, and it is most often a huge time sink. It takes at least an hour or 2 to get your oil changed at a Sinclair, and they ALWAYS try to upsale you and talk you into things you don't need. The Express Oil Change & Service is the total opposite! From the time we drove into the bay until the time we left it took less than 10 minutes. They tell you everything they are doing when they are doing it, and they only recommend services your car actually needs. I found out at this location that Sinclair had been putting the cheap grade of oil in my car and telling me it was the "recommended". We will NEVER go back to Sinclair. Express Oil Change has just made a customer for life so long as everything stays as great as this experience! read more

They left bolts out of my front skid plate witch I didn't see witch caused damage to my front bumper .Then they tried to blame on me and said they didn't take the bolts out to change the oil and that's the only way you can get to the oil filter.So I told them if they wasn't going to try to work with me maybe I should take them to small claims court.He told me to get my ass out of there and one of his thug employees started screaming MF get out of here worse place you could ever go stay away or your asking for trouble. read more

My first time here recommended by a friend. They were very fast which was great! A little pricier than kwik kar where I usually go but the oil is better. Am on the fence whether id go back because of the price I ended up needing high mileage oil for our vehicle we are a family on a budget. Our alternator belt broke on our Maxima. So we had AAA tow it here at 1pm on a Friday. They Mechanics were very nice, and replaced it within 2 hours. Only $85. Very pleased with the service. Not the nicest waiting room though. read more

Not a fan. I went in because my wife used to go here a lot and didn't realize I'd have to sell my left arm to pay for the oil change. I, like Lisa C. (7/26/2014), was offered product that I didn't need and was lied to about the condition of my vehicle (which I confirmed at a different mechanic). You can get cheaper and more honest service most anywhere else, I personally use Meineke in BA. I like those guys at Meineke a lot and they are very upfront with me and if I ask to see the part of the vehicle they are recommending repairs for they will take me right into the garage and show me that "oh yeah, those belts DO have deep cracks in them!". Don't trust a word these guys say. read more

On 9/4/20 I purchased 2 new tires from this location only because they recognized an issue with my tire wear and the fact that me and my family have been customers of theirs for close to 10 years and thousands of dollars spent with them. Today 10/21/20 while returning to my car from eating lunch I noticed a nail in my tire so I went directly to Express Oil Change thinking this will be a quick no-hassle experience as it's always been, however, I encountered a completely different attitude from the owner Scott and his team. Multiple techs came out to take a look at the tire along with my paperwork from the purchase, at which time I was told there was no road hazard warranty on the tires, which I was never offered. This I agree was my fault for not inspecting the receipt more closely to ensure road hazard was included as in the past I always get this coverage for this exact type of situation. After I was told there was no warranty on the tires the tech that originally installed them said he would go talk to Scott the owner who had the final say on if there was anything they would be willing to do to help. When the tech returned he informed me that Scott's decision was no with no further discussion or any solutions offered to help with my situation, not even an offer to sell me a new tire. I was very surprised Scott didn't come out to look at the tire or even have a conversation with me as an owner concerned about one of his Loyal customers. I know this location only has a 3.9 google rating but my experience all these years has been different until today's interaction, and now I understand why a 3.9 has plagued this location for some time now. Time for me and my family to find and build a new relationship with an auto service location that values it's Loyal customers and goes out of their way to make the customer's experiences memorable in a positive way. read more

My Sister has been going to this Broken Arrow location for years. Today she took her Car in for a routine $60 oil change. The actual oil change was quick and peasant and was notified by the store manager that her vehicle needed a alignment. She left but returned a while later for the alignment. When we returned to pick the car up, this same manager informed her that the alignment could not be completed and preceded to charge her what started out at $24, then discounted to $15 for an "alignment check." I would think any precessional place of business would first advise the customer of the issue, further Recommend them to pay for the inspection and let the customer decide.... instead their whole operation it ass backwards... they put it on a lift, realized they couldn't do the work, then charged her for a service she didn't ask for or authorize. All around the whole experience seemed really shady and suspect. I Felt like they were taking advantage of a female. The sad truth is they lost a loyal customer over $15.. read more

This place is my favorite! I love that I don't even have to get out of my car, I just wait and they get it finished in just a few minutes. The employees are friendly and polite, and they made sure to inform me of the Ladies Day special - $5 off for women on Tuesdays. They fill up/check my fluids while they do the oil change and I've asked them to put air in the tires a couple of times, which they were happy to do. It was super fast and the mechanic detailed the cars condition for me. He verbally explained what they checked and that I needed to add coolant. It was 42 dollars which is about 10 dollars more than other places, I gave him 50 and told him to keep the change. It was the best oil service I have ever experienced, its nice to have a professional inform you and answer questions about your cars condition. Good job guys. read more

First time going there and the initial experience was good and I figured that I would always return until I returned home the next day after leaving to work in the dark to find a very large amount oil that had stained my driveway. I took pictures and quickly went to the BA express oil change to discuss my truck and my driveway damage. upon initial discussion I was met with very unprofessional comments by one of the "mechanics". Ultimately I was threatened to have the police called to make me leave. As I was awaiting the police as threatened a professional level mechanic i assume named "Scott" came to talk to me. He was very professional, reviewed my vehicle to find out why the oil leaked and gave me cleaning supplies and advice on how to remove the stain from the driveway. I would think for the most part the majority of people working there are very good to deal with but they should consider reviewing how the other individual reacts when met with adversity or dissatisfaction from a customer. I asked for the other mechanics name several times but was unable to get any response.Good luck if you decide to have service done by them, I would advise going somewhere else to avoid the change of bad service and headaches. read more

I went there for a tune up, first it was supposed to be done at lunch (11:30am). When I went to pick it up my truck was sitting outside. When I enquired if it was done or not I was told that it was not because "more important vehicles" came in and needed to be done first. I came back after work (3:30pm) and it still was not even being worked on because they were slammed with more important vehicles. My truck was finally done at 6:30pm, with me waiting out side, and it ran rougher than it did when I dropped it off. The next day I took it to my usual place that is farther from work and had a tune up done on it but I wanted them to save the plugs and wires for me to look at. After they were done they gave me the plugs and wires and 2 out of 8 were rusted. They did not replace the back plugs and the others looked VERY used. Another thing that was noticed was that a vacuum line on the bottom of the engine had been unplugged. For those of you that are not sure what that means, it is a common practice for shady places to unplug a vacuum line to make your vehicle run rough. When you bring it back they say it is something that will cost you $500-$1000, a lot but not so high that you will not pay it. Then they just plug the line back in and make all profit without you even being the wiser. read more

I have been coming here for oil change pretty much since they opened, today I went for an oil change. They tested my battery and the tech told me that my battery had been dead for 6 months and the only reason it was starting and running was because of the alternator. I don't know much about cars but I know enough to know that this was a load of crap. I called my dad and he said that what they said is not possible, he directed me to his friend of 20 years who runs a mechanic shop, he tested my battery and it tested good and there is nothing wrong with my battery. The tech at express oil insisted that I buy a 125$ battery from him because my car could stop running at any time......my father called and spoke to the manager and he offered no apology and stuck with the same story they told me, when my dad said I would never return there for a service the manager said "oh well"......being a female I am insulted that they thought they could take advantage of me, and now I wonder how many others they are ripping off. read more
