Took our 2013 Hyundai Elantra to a well known local auto shop for an alignment. Our car was pulling left after putting on a new set of tires. They said they aligned it and charged us $103.00. Left the shop and notice it was still pulling left. Took it back and the service tech said it was aligned to spec. He went on to say that the car had been wreck and maybe caused other damage. I flat out told him, I have had this car since it was new off the show room floor and it had never been wrecked. So they alleged that they align it again. Took it home and it still pulled to the left. Took it back again and he said they will adjust it so it runs straight but it will cause unnecessary tire wear. Long story short (I know too late) it still pulled to the left. Did some in-depth research and found that Sam's Alignment & Brakes is the best in northeast Oklahoma. Took it to Sam's and he had it fully aligned in 50 minutes. Need I say more? He was so personal and down to earth to visit with while he explained everything he was doing as he was working on my car. Firestone wanted to charge me $60 and refused to use my bulb (apparently it's against their policy). I went to Encinas and they were able to tell me when they could work on my car. Since it was the same day, I asked them to rotate my tires as well. I sat in their waiting area working on my laptop and they were done in under 30 minutes. I realized I hadn't asked how much they'd charge me and at the end, they refused to charge me anything! This kind of customer service is so unheard of nowadays. They've definitely gained a customer. Just had him change my timing belt, tensioner, and water pump. He called during to tell me my power steering belt and serpentine belt needed to be replaced also. Just charged me for the belts, no extra labor. Not the first time I've been there(he fixed my a/c last year) and won't be the last. Hard to find a really good mechanic you can trust and doesn't try to over charge. Can't say enough good things about KC Auto, so if you're looking for a good honest place, look no further! When I went to pick it up, it wouldn't start and they tried to charge me for repairs. After enough complaining, they got it running without charging me. My turn signals and wipers aren't working. I went to replace the multifunction switch to find they had broken the carrier and zip tied it in place. Garbage company. The shop manager at the time tried to tell me they just replaced the bulb, when they actually put a new multifunction in and replaced a shorted wire
