I've gone here like three times for various reasons and every single time I've came out…read moredisappointed Instance one eye was having some cooling issues and I was like 90% sure it was the water pump or thermostat and I went there and they told me it was my water pump and thermostat and that they would need to be replaced so instead of paying $1796 for two parts I bought the parts at AutoZone for $54 and then I bought 25 quart bottles of coolant and got it done in less than an hour. That was kind of ridiculous. Second instance, I took my girlfriend's car there to get an oil change and it was $70 for an oil change, which is ridiculous. I understand they need to pay their workers and do all the stuff but $70 for an oil change is ridiculous on top of that. They offered me a $40 air filter which is insane when you can get one at AutoZone for like 20 bucks. Instance three I was having some suspension issues so I got it inspected and I knew what the problem was. I just wanted to be insured I was right and they tell me I have no suspension issues when I clearly have a bleeding rear shock and a lower control arm with a lower ball joint that are damaged I've spent over $200 there just to get a bunch of Hooten and Hollerin and wasted time

She was told neither was the case and the cause was an unrepairable "heat ring". Her tires were visually inspected, but never removed and this took a few minutes max. She received a printed quote for new tires and warranty, then was told her vehicle was unsafe to drive when she was hesitant about the purchase. What R&R was not counting on, was that my fiancé would go directly to another tire shop. Jenkins in BA found the leak (a small puncture from a wire) and patched/plugged the leak within 15 minutes, saving my family from an unexpected and unnecessary financial burden. They wouldn't give us a phone number to corporate but also said they had no answers for us. Later, we took it in to have a flat fixed. When we picked it up our car reeked of smoke. A day later after searching for the culprit, we found a cigarillo butt on the floorboard. Now we have to treat it to try and get rid of that smell. Unbelievable! We will never visit this place again. I'd rather spend more money than have service this terrible.

Pros: it seems they're the only tire place open on Sundays…read more Cons: we are not regular clients of Hibdon tire. We have not been here since 2014. The prices are more expensive than other tire places. The price to replace a sensor is $49 higher here than at discount tire. today they get a very negative review because of their customer service. We dropped the car off at noon. They said it would be two hours. I called at 3 o'clock. They hadn't even started on the car. They said they would bring it into the garage next. Keep in mind we already told them that all we needed was a sensor change on the tire. Nothing was wrong with the tire. That is a very easy and quick fix. We got there an hour later and they hadn't started on the car yet. The man at the front desk said " I told you it would be closer to five." oh hell no he didn't! He said the car was going to be next. We took our keys back and left. We'll just take it to Tate Brothers or discount tire. These are the places we usually go anyways.
