May be long but worth the read I went to this shop back in…read moreMay 2026 , I initially went for my Left CV axle , while getting that replaced Pat also made a comment that my brakes needed some care and I needed a new Master Cylinder. I decided to complete the work for the Master cylinder and CV Axle (Left ) . When I picked up my vehicle from total care it was in WORSE condition than when I dropped it off . I was charge almost 1K for the work and Pat proceeds to tell me I now need a new ABS Module to resolve the problem. Fast forward I take my vehicle to Sapulpa Auto and GREAT WORK , fixed all of my issues and for a more reasonable price . Sapulpa Auto advises me I need a new left wheel bearing . That wheel bearing SHOULD HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED from Total Car Care , as it is a safety hazard . Not only was I provided a faulty part from Total Car Care, I was charged an INSANE amount for a repair that did not resolve my issue ! I call Pat multiple times to see how can at least get my money back for a faulty part that his shop provided and he is of no help . I would NEVER recommend this business to women specifically or really anyone that does not have knowledge in Auto Mechanics because he will take advantage. I got a call about an hour after the truck had arrived to tell me everything the truck needed: the must-dos and the should-dos. There was no hard sell on any of the items and I was given a great explanation of why each was needed and whether the work was needed asap or could wait. I agreed to most of the work and got my truck back within 24 hours. I'll be taking my truck back for the remaining maintenance work later this year.

I had electrical issues with a used Nissan. I had it in 3 different shops and spent almost 2000 dollars trying to get it repaired. The dealer ship wanted 4000k to repair it, and had the wrong diagnosis. Other shops told me to replace the ECM, sensors and wiring harnesses. Mike found the problem after one day- it turned out to be a short in a connector. The car runs great now!! I wish I would have known about this mechanic before I spend 2000 grand in the other 3 shops. Very knowledgeable and skilled mechanics, but also very honest. Firestone wanted to charge me $60 and refused to use my bulb (apparently it's against their policy). I went to Encinas and they were able to tell me when they could work on my car. Since it was the same day, I asked them to rotate my tires as well. I sat in their waiting area working on my laptop and they were done in under 30 minutes. I realized I hadn't asked how much they'd charge me and at the end, they refused to charge me anything! This kind of customer service is so unheard of nowadays. They've definitely gained a customer.
