Hands down best customer service and car care I have ever had! My car began having issues as I was out of town. Since this was a Saturday many car care places were closed, I happened to find Sinclair after a quick search of finding someone who was open on a Saturday afternoon. Sinclair was quick with their service, but also took time to answer questions and explain what the problem was with my vehicle. When I followed up with additional questions they clearly explained things in a way I could understand. They also took the time to show my husband and I what was the source of the issue. We also happened to share that we had a nail in the tire that we noticed when it was loaded up on the tow truck prior to our arrival, mentioning that we would need to go get the tire taken care of after we left Sinclair. They then went above and beyond to taking care of the screw that was in the tire. A day later they called to see if I made it back home safely. Thankful for the care they showed even after we left! We are beyond thankful for the customer service, attention to detail, communication and reliability! We plan to be back! read more

The battery light had come on in my car and next thing I know, 20 minutes later my car died on the way to work. I went to Autozone and they told me the problem was with my alternator so I called several different places around town to get quotes and approximate timing of service. Sinclair Auto Centers was the ONLY PLACE that could get me in that day and was transparent about pricing and service times! They were also the only place that didn't patronize me and tell me they had to run and charge me for their own diagnostics (which would take days at other places) despite having the malfunction code for the issue. I cannot recommend their business enough! Everyone there was very kind and this was the first auto shop that I've been to that I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of as a woman. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!! I will start off stating that there is zero integrity in the service that they provide. Safety is out the window, and all they care about is getting you in and out while making as much profit as possible. We brought our van to be serviced (placement of a new radiator) on a Saturday. When we picked it up the workers complained about how hard the job was, but that everything was working perfect. We paid and went home. When we got home the van stalled out!! We looked under the hood and IT WAS A MESS. The battery not plugged in right, screws, bolts, hoses not connected right, hardware sitting on the upper portion of the hood, and a BROKEN radiator (the clips that hold it in place were broken off as if someone had just forced it in and then attempted to cover it up). The radiator was loose and sliding easy back and forth. We brought it back in on Monday (closed Sunday). My husband had to take of work for this, and I work nights, so this was not easy. They were initially defensive when we showed them all the problems, but when they saw all the issues they apologized and said that they would take care of the problem. We picked it up later that evening, and when he got home to look at the new radiator--IT WAS BROKEN still!!! We called again and were told to bring it up AGAIN! We dropped it off Tuesday night at their request so that they could fix the problems all day Wednesday. We pick the car up on Wednesday. We get home.....THEY GLUED ON THE BROKEN PIECE OF THE RADIATOR PASSING IT OFF AS BEING FIXED. THE PIECE FELL OFF WITH GLUE ALL OVER IT. My husband and I were over it. We paid close to $1000 for a service that was not done. The manager REFUSED to refund the cost of the radiator telling us to just go back AGAIN so that they can "fix it." We told him NO, because there is ZERO trust left in their quality, integrity, and their complete disregard for safety. My husband has been in the aerospace field for over 15 years as a higher level mechanic. The only reason he couldn't do this job himself was due to time!! They did not realize that my husband knows mechanics well, including all of our vehicles. Me being in the medical field I see how dangerous car accidents are firsthand. Their lack of care and safety is appalling. DO NOT GO HERE!!! THEY CUT CORNERS AND DO NOT CARE FOR SAFETY!! read more

Such a helpful and kind group!! Traveling through town and a simple "fix" got us back on the road. These wonderful gentlemen would not let us pay!!! Wondering how we were going to get home, get the car fixed, etc was overwhelming and poof, just like that, problem solved. Thank you all so much again. These guys are top notch!! read more

What a rip-off. This guy wanted $1950 to replace the motor mounts. He also said there 2 on each side.

I had not decided what I wanted to do about my car repair. I knew I needed more information to make that decision. The representative went beyond my expectations and gave me an estimate that he was able to explain, in detail. I was able to confirm what he said with my own research. I decided I would wait to have the car repaired. The representative was clearly honest with me. If I decide to have the repairs done, there is no question, I will take it to this shop. Their honesty speaks volumes for this company. In a time where car repairs get overwhelming for most women because we get mislead and overcharged, it is a relief to find someone who is fair and honest. read more

We recently purchased a 2020 Telluride from a dealership out of state. They said it had been fully serviced including an oil change. Less than 2000 miles later the car started running rough and throwing all sorts of codes. I brought it in to Sinclair and Joel started diving into its issues. Turns out it had ran out of oil! How did I not think to check that first‍. Joel worked his magic and saved us fortunes and peace of mind. He had us back on the road the next day. Paid for a transmission flush with new filter and gasket. They started the flush and realized they didn't have the filter in stock. Asked for me to come back next week. When I came back next week they still didn't have the filter in stock. Once they finally got the filter in stock I went to have the flush and filter done and they wanted me to pay more on top of what I originally paid because prices went up. Very dishonest, sadly disappointed in management. read more

Went in on a 25.00 conventional oil change coupon because it is close to my house and wanted to give them a try in that I always go to Jiffy Lube because of the way they treat Veterans. Was sitting in there waiting area and noticed they had a special for wiper blades for 9.89 well when my vehicle was ready and went to cash out the bill was 64.89 WHAT? they said they didn't have any blades that was on sale. The ones they put on were about 20.00 a piece . I felt very mislead then as I was getting ready to leave I wanted to try out the wipers and immediately the left one fell off so I told them and they treated me very rudely. So I told them to just give me back the ones that was on it said sorry they had thrown them away. Now I have wiper blades on my car that dont even work right. They were very disrespectful and dishonest towards me and they didn't even want to make it right. Very unfortunate that a business would treat a disabled Veteran they way they did. The last time I took my car there to have the oil changed I was not impressed. I was by myself and as soon as I pulled up one of the service attendants walked out. I told him I just wanted a basic oil change. He almost immediately began looking at my windshield wipers and proceeded to tell me that they needed to be changed. I informed him that I had changed them out myself the week before and strongly doubted that $40 worth of wipers already looked like they needed to be changed. He didn't speak much after that other than to tell me which lane to pull into. The only reason I am giving this place 3 stars is because of the speed of the oil change and the extremely nice guy that was working the counter/register. Had the first guy not tried to tell me I needed something I obviously didn't (the wipers hadn't even been used in the week since I had installed them), I would have probably gone back again. read more
