I thought it was an odd suggestion because my car was very clean with no damage, but was desperate and took their advice. Noah explained to me that the car looked dull and how they could help. Years of driving through the local car wash to save time made my paint look awful. Not having the inside cleaned regularly or ever detailed made it musty able dull as well. I was just so used to it I didn't realize. I needed to ask, but I didn't want to invest too much and lose money. Noah explained the value of the different services he had to offer and gave me options. In the end, I chose to have a full interior/ exterior detail and added a few extra services to make the car smell better and add value by doing the ceramic coating. When Noah delivered the car back to me, we couldn't believe the difference! I almost wanted to keep it again! I relisted the car with new photos Noah provided for me himself, and sold the car within a week for more than my original asking price, not losing a dime in the process! I have been to several Tommy's Express car washes in the Tulsa area. Usually I go to the South…read morePeoria location, which is where I went today. I have previously mentioned that there are not always attendants at the entrance so sometimes you just have to pull onto the conveyor belt that pulls you through the car wash on your own. During those times, no plastic bag is put over your rear window. Today when I went through the South Peoria location, there were two attendants, one of them was guiding me onto the conveyor belt, while the other one put the plastic bag over my rear window wiper. The car wash proceeded normally and I was happy with the way the car looked when I came out. When I pulled into vacuum station number nine, The driver side hose nozzle fell off as I was removing the hose from its holder. I was able to screw the nozzle back on without having to alert anyone. However, when I tried to move the hose around to the hatchback of my car the hose was barely long enough to enable me to vacuum out the rear of my car. I don't recall that ever happening before. I guess I got a short hose. There is a car mat washing machine near the vacuums. If you have flat mats, you simply insert them in the slot of the machine and it pulls the mats in, washes them and spits them out. It won't work on mats like WeatherTech though, they must be flat mats. Today's experience doesn't change my overall opinion and I leave my rating at four stars.

By then I already washed elsewhere. So I canceled my membership. (in July). Now as a visitor, the basic car wash that was $8 in June is now $15!!!!! Almost doubled in price!! No way am I paying $15! Just cancelled my membership. I have to wait until the staff locates my license every time I wash…read moremy car. Not once in a while but every time! Apparently their system/camera can't read license plates that include verticals letters. I hoped that over time they would recognize this is a problem for customers but instead they're fine with wasting time and sending out the workers to get your information repeatedly. Never had an issue with a car wash that provided a barcode. Apparently Tommy's technology isn't very good.
